Patience. Apollo Home Care (formerly Alliance H.C.) has worked steadily to find caretakers for me that are cooks as well as the regular cleaning/companionship duties. This is harder than it sounds; the reality is that this industry suffered more from covid19 than most, so Patience is a virtue when allowing Apollo Home Care to provide quality caretakers to fit your particular needs. Believe me: THIS agency, Apollo Home Care, goes above and beyond the call of duty to be helpfull and meaningful to the individual client!

I have had home health care for several years now. During this time I have hired many different companies and left for various reasons, mainly due to inadequate caregivers. When I found Apollo, I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and respectful they are. They have very effective communication and they listen to my needs. I have cognitive difficulties, but they never take note or make me feel stupid. They have gone out of their way to find good caregivers for me. They are a smaller company with a family attitude. They truly seem to care about their clients. I live in NW Westminster and they are located in Aurora. They still have helped me even though I'm not in their area which I know makes it harder to find a caregiver for me. They have actually hired people specifically to help me. I cannot say enough good things about this company! If you want a competent caregiver to assist you with a respectful yet friendly attitude you should give Apollo a call!

I receive home care nine hours per day. Responses to questions and needs are quick and clear. Interactions with myself and my long-term care insurance are professional and efficient. I have used several other home care services in the past for myself and my parents. This provider, now known as Apollo, is simply the best.

Speaking for myself and my wife Bernadette. We are absolutely thrilled with Alliance Home Care Services. My wife suffered a major stroke and is in need of so much assistance. We have only been with Alliance a few months and they are a shining star compared to our past agencies. From the office and administration personnel, who are always in touch with me and answer all my questions promptly and professionally, to our wonderful caregiver. They have shown us what we were missing, care, concern and assistance. They are prompt, courteous and incredibly helpful. Mina, our care giver assists my wife with all her personal care items, assists us with all of the basic housekeeping needs, helps Bernadette with her exercises, shops for her, helps her cook meals and so many other things. Most importantly she communicates with Bernadette, and they enjoy each other's company. I cannot say enough about our caregiver or our experience with Alliance.

The caretakers are amazing, caring and very flexible. Joe and Maria, are very friendly and helpful with the administrative end of the agency. I would highly recommend Alliance to help with the most difficult part of seniors lives. the people of the agency made life so much more comfortable for our entire family! 12 hours a day, 7 days a week Exercise, meals, showers …everything for daily living is provided. Staff “mostly” arrives on time (there have been a few exceptions…not many) Staff takes direction well. Staff truly love my mom!!!

Joe was very helpful meeting our needs and flexible when we had to put the process on hold. He was understanding and his following up with us about everything. Super guy! The home care provider they sent us worked out perfectly and we appreciated all of her hard work. She was pleasant, resourceful, and gave great updates regarding how the day went with our father.
