Viola comes in and stays busy the whole time, and I'm very satisfied. She does everything I ask.
I like that they are always there when I need something. They always call back.

The different services Mary Jane does have helped us a lot. She helps with showers. She helps with the laundry.
They've been very kind and efficient. They are easy to talk to. We've been blessed by God to have a caregiver who lives in the same apartment building. They are flexible if we have to change something.

I just need somebody to be here with Kristy just so I can get my missions accomplished.
The lady that comes here is on time and if there is an issue with her or the office, they let me know so I can plan ahead.

I will tell my caregiver to clean something but when I check behind him it is not done.
They make sure we have a sub-caregiver when the other is out.

In the last two years, I have said that they are the best company. No one can compete.

There are certain things I cannot do, and they don't do their job. One of their employees has caused me a lot of grief.

These ladies make it so I can stay home instead of going to a nursing home.

The caregivers do a great job taking care of me. They come to my house and watch out for me. They are outstanding.

The caregivers that were not a good fit could work on doing things without be having to tell them. They need to stay off their phones.
Sometimes I have really good caregivers and not so good caregivers, and sometimes I have no caregivers. Right now, I have no caregivers and I have not had one for a while.

If I didn't have housekeeping I wouldn't be able to volunteer. It helps keep my place free of clutter.
I like that they are good at communicating with me about the schedule and that I can have the same housekeeper.

I do appreciate that they do what I can't do like vacuuming the stairs and such.
Sometimes the caregivers are late when they come. Sometimes I wish they would do a little bit more.

Carrie was excellent, but the last girl they sent should be fired. She talked to me about the personal business of other clients. That was very unprofessional.
The communication could be a lot better.

They've made my life easier by just giving me the support I need through having a caregiver.
I would tell a friend that I was fortunate because I had my neighbor, who is also my brother-in-law, to work as my caregiver. I did utilize one person for personal care at one time and they were really, really good. They're really excellent.

They are not always able to provide some of the care that I need. They provide some light housekeeping for me.

He relies on them greatly when they come out. I'm not available for him 24/7 so their services have allowed me to go to work.
They're very attentive. When they come out to our home, they are kind and caring. My husband gets along great with everyone they've sent out.

My Husband served in WWII and Homewatch Caregivers works with families of those whom loved ones served in Veterans of Foreign War Through the Aid and Attendance Program. Homewatch CareGivers has provided me great service for me in Greeley for years always being responsive and on time with caregivers that really help me in my senior years of need.
