My experience was positive because the caregivers went shopping for me and always willing to do what I asked them to do.
I liked All the Comfort of Home, Inc. because the caregiver, Angela, was so kind. I also liked the caregiver, Willie.

I know that she is angry, but it would be nice if they tried to provide more confidence in the things she can do.

They do the chores at the house and will sit down to do things with my mother, which is both helpful and lifts her spirits.
The girls that we have gotten are very good with interacting with mother and doing everything I need perfectly, so I'd recommend them.

I would tell a friend to be sure of the ones they like and the ones that don't seem to fit them, that they let the agency know about it.

It's not perfect, they had a complete change of personnel who was not trained, and they never called me back. It's okay now, but for a while it was very frustrating.
I'm very happy to have someone to call and can get rides from time to time.

They helped me with the housekeeping and they took me shopping and to hair appointments.
The caregivers at All the Comfort of Home did better than other companies. I didn't have to tell their caregivers what to do.

He doesn't use them on a daily basis, they go with him to doctor's appointments and things like that.
I like that the interactions are very easy, I can send an email and request a schedule and time quickly, it makes it easier than playing telephone tag.

The people that I talked to were nice and good.
My mom tested positive for Covid and the agency pulled the caregivers out right away and we could have had a little more warning.

You can count on them always having someone there.

I had one girl that was great but since then, it has been bad.
They should send the same person every week. I don't like different people coming in all the time.

The only one that I would recommend is Vernonia because she just knows how to communicate with her.

The agency was really good to work with and they responded well, but the person who took care of Norma wasn't trained well and couldn't provide the best care.

They can always tune in to what is on record regarding the special needs of the client and be diligent in making sure that the caregiver is aware of that.
They sent me a caregiver and they have my qualifications, what I need. It's important to me that they speak English well too.

The agency can make my life easier by being there when I need them there, especially if I need any help.
One thing that I like about this agency is when I need a ride to go somewhere I can get a ride and they always come into my home to help me.

One of the problems was that the accent of the caregiver made it difficult for me to understand. My wife never understood a word that he said. I got comfortable with it and began to understand after four or five visits.
They should have better free training of the individual.

It is good to have someone else there, so I can get a break, but I can't leave it all on the caregiver. They had to be told everything. They didn't take initiative.

Everybody that has been here has been nice and well trained. Sometimes it's really light duty while they are here. She has adjusted to having people in the home with her. I can leave the house and take a sanity break.
They have been super flexible with my grandma's schedule. They can postpone service til she comes home. They have been awesome.

It was an improvement. With COVID, he was depressed because he was cooped up.
At the beginning, I hired them to make sure my dad would take his medications, but they didn't give them to them. I was livid, but then it improved. They really did do a good job, which I appreciated.

I was just meeting somebody and getting to know them and talking with them but not productive. The lady was nice but it wasn't productive for us, we didn't accomplish anything. The woman was fine she would be an 8 but the occasion would be a 5.
I wouldn't recommend them.

I scheduled my day around the time of day they picked me up, I depended on them to get to my medical appointments.
They were available at my beckon and call and their hourly rate was reasonable. They did a good job, if we weren't in COVID-19 I would still be taking their services.

Him and my husband get along great together. I usually leave to go shopping. He stays with him and entertains him. When I get home they are talking and interacting.

It has made it so I could have a life. Before COVID I would try to go to my mom's house 2 or 3 times a week but when COVID came up I could only get there once a week. Without them, I would have to be there every day. It wouldn't work, and she would have to be in assisted living.
They will figure out some way to get anything I ask done. There are a lot of unique things that we ask, but sometimes my mother will need to be woken up when they come so they will do it.
