I was very pleased with their service in the beginning. But the office staff communication has gone downhill severley. Constant changes in the schedule last minute. Asking me to change my routine. I have done my part by reporting their business practices to the VA. They do not do full back round checks or drug tests, at least that what my care giver had told me.

We got Interim HealthCare for my father. They're fine, and they care of him like he's their own, so they're very good. They clean his house, and they keep him busy during the day.

My 82 year old mother is using Interim Home Health Care. She has been very pleased with her care for the last 6 weeks. The managers have been so helpful to me, as I live in Oregon. I think they're doing a good job of providing the services we were looking for, and have always pleasant and informed.

For the most part Interim does a great job w/ my mother-in-law. She is very happy with the services and "caregivers" that come and visit her. She does not need a lot of assistance but does need assistance w/ transportation and companionship. We live 3+ hours away and it's hard for us to be there at any moment so we appreciate the dependability of their service. Our only (and biggest) issue is the lack of communication to us. We have expressed on several occasions the need for communication regarding her status and any concerns and it does not happen. When we have talked with them about our concern they have reassured us they will improve their communication and update us but they don't follow through. It's been very frustrating, especially because my mother-in-law won't tell us anything. The caregivers that visit her are great, the office staff needs to work and improve on their customer service and communication. It makes a huge difference!
