The caregivers were not consistent. The ones that were not as good a fit did not want to help around the house as much.
Some of the caregivers were really nice and a good fit, and some were not as good a fit.

They know what they're doing. I don't have to watch over that particular process for those days.
One of their workers decided that it was too much for them, so that's the reason I think they're only average. They stopped coming, and they are looking for another person.

I tried to get them to give me my life alert and they still have problems getting that to me. They also cannot find anyone to take care of me for Monday and Tuesday.
They should think more about their clients than the monetary gain that they could get.

It is exactly what we need with my mom. She is 96 years old and having someone there who can help her bath twice a week and shower is a huge help.

They could change some of the hours available for caregivers. In the beginning I had 10 hours through the VA and I have a very small apartment so maybe they could split up hours for caregivers.

They can have more training for the caregivers before they get sent to my home.
