We've had a couple from Peaceful Hearts that were like 3 24-hour day cares but it just didn't seem to work out. They could do what was required but there wasn't any compatibility. They have kept trying to make sure that we get someone that's compatible and we'll keep trying until we get somebody. We've had several that had been really good care people from them and I would say that they're very watchful and they are not afraid to ask if she needed something else to drink or if she needed to go to the restroom. They're right there ready to help at a moment's notice. It's basically with personal care, getting her up in the morning and dressed and cleaned in the evening, getting ready for bed, helping her to the restroom, making some meals, dressing her.

I hired the services of Peaceful Hearts Home Care for my husband's needs. The agency was very good. We had two caregivers 24/7 and my husband was compatible with them. He got one on one attention and they went to the therapy he was given. The agency gave me confidence to confide to them with regards to the caregivers.

In his home care agency I almost felt as if i was in my own home regardless of the ages, it's comforting. I interviewed a provider there and gave me quite the best details and some that were the honesty and truth about the different cultures of was these seniors come from. More on, I loved the place because it's pretty much a calm peaceful environment. I got to meet a senior that was very friendly and talkative. Sometimes you don't even know how to get out of their talks but it's nothing bad. They are very forgetful sometimes and need to be remembered things quite frequently. The worst thing about this agency was truthfully nothing, unless you can say I wouldn't really eat the food there if I was a senior. More in, there was some depressed seniors that just didnt seemed to find the way out of life I tried talking to them but didnt find the brightest answer as you can tell they rather be with a family memeber rather then in an agengy. Regardless of every mommnet I spent with them I rate this agency a four star because its very good but not the best.
