I highly recommend using the caregiving services of Interim Healthcare. They helped me take care of my mom after a hospital stay and assisted with going to doctor appointments for several weeks after. They did a great job from start to finish. I am a very satisfied customer. .

My family and I are very happy with the caregiving services my mother receives from Interim. They have been very flexible and responsive in meeting her needs. Interim Healthcare Laguna Hills has been the acting caregiving co for my Mom who has Parkinsons and we have been very happy so far with the services that we are currently receiving. They are very reliable and always show up 7 days a week plus holidays!

I really appreciate the great care Interim has provided for my mother. Her weekly needs are minimal, yet I feel like we get the same level of attention and service that I imagine other bigger accounts receive. I have found all their staff to be compassionate, diligent, reliable and have an extremely high level of integrity, which I greatly value. I highly recommend using this company.

Interim Healthcare provided me wonderful caregivers. I needed short term 24 hour care following a medical procedure. Their caregivers took care of me with dignity and humor, consistently anticipating my needs and adapted to serve me well. I felt very comfortable with both of them. I have been a client of Interim Healthcare for over a year now.. I have been very happy with the services I have been receiving from James and his team. I went with Interim Healthcare after the first two providers I used didn't meet my needs. Interim provides me companionship and helps me get to my doctor appointments, shopping, coordinates my weekly cleaning services and they submit all my monthly paperwork for reimbursement from my long term care insurance too.. They even treated me to a very special lunch for my birthday at my favorite Chinese restaurant.. Thank you so much James and June!

I am a professional Respiratory & Cardiac Care Manager in a major medical center and I have been devoted to providing high quality patient care my entire career. As my mother aged, I was worried I would not be able to find a level of care and services for her that would meet my high professional standards. I have been pleasantly surprised by James and the Interim Healthcare team and how they have worked so seamlessly with my mom and our family. There are several of us in my family, all living in different places and we each have our own opinions. His attention to detail, empathy for how we feel and his ability to address and alleviate my initial concerns since I live out of the area, have been beyond reproach. I can highly recommend the services of Interim Healthcare. We needed a caregiver to give my family a break and keep my dad safe overnight. We hired Interim Healthcare after the first home care company we had didn't show up for the start of service on Friday night and didn't even bother to call. I started calling around on Saturday morning to find a replacement company and by the fourth call I got James on the line. I wish we would have found him first. He was the first company that sounded like they knew what the heck they were doing. Even though it was Father's day weekend, James came out to the house at 10pm Saturday night to finish our paperwork and introduce our caregiver. I sure hope he gave our caregiver a raise, because she's truly a natural when it comes to care giving. She was such a big help. I'm so glad we found these services at this trying time in life. You can bet I'll be referring you in the future, should this situation arise with any of my friends and family. Thank you so much for helping us out.

I fell down an escalator while traveling out of the country. I broke my collarbone and required surgery and rehab. I was unable to take care of myself at home and could not drive to the doctor appointments in preparation for my surgery. Fortunately, James and his team were there to help me when I needed it most. He provided help in my home, transportation to the doctor appointments, care at home after the operation and then went above and beyond by helping me locate and move into a new home which was more suitable for my living needs. I'm very grateful and highly recommend using his services.
