Cerna Healthcare is a full-service, brain disease/injury agency with a focus on Alzheimer's and dementia care. They provide 24-hour live-in care for those who need around-the-clock care in their home. The caregivers are fully trained and have experience working with patients suffering from Alzheimer's or dementia. They're here for the residents wherever needed, providing as little or as much home care as needed and are always available to clients around the clock. The caregivers are available from two hours to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including live-in options. Qualified replacements are also provided as needed. Residents can count on Cerna Home Care to provide dedicated, compassionate caregivers, full background screening and ongoing training & testing.

I have Cerna Healthcare coming three times a week for my friend. They have been coming for five hours a day. They take him for walks, they cook his meals, they bathe him, they do some laundry, and some light housekeeping. All the little stuff that everybody does. I have the same caregiver coming and he's wonderful. He's great. He is very sweet, nice, low key, and very professional. The caregiver is excellent.

Cerna Home Care provides 24/7 care. We really liked our caregivers because they're wonderful. The reason we changed to someone else is because of the cost. They were $25 an hour, and then it's over 8 hours or at 9 and a half which could get really costly. We've had several caregivers, and some certainly more experienced than others. But it seems like for overnight care, somebody doesn't need to be on their toes. My dad really liked his night time caregiver, she's really good, and I didn't have any problems with any of them. There were a couple of young girls that were a little on the inexperienced side, but we still didn't have any problems with them. There was one girl that didn't show up for a shift, but that could have been miscommunication.

We are using Cerna. At first, we had a regular person, but then for the past month, we have had several caregivers. They have all been very pleasant, very kind and very helpful for my parents; however, I'm disappointed with the turnover. Also in the beginning, they were very responsive, but one time, when we sent them text or voicemail, we didn't hear back from them for a day.
They make sure that my mom bathes, they make light breakfast and light lunch, they do light housekeeping, and they make sure that she is doing her exercise. I appreciated those, but there is just so much turnover. We wanted something with consistency with my mom to build that relationship.

Worst caregiver and management ever! My
mom fell and ended up passing bc of these incompetent people!!! Stay away from this company! They say they use the telephone system to see if their employees are present and my mom's caregiver lied and never showed but clocked in from her cell phone! worst ever!!!

With my son who has serious depression, I'm working with Cerna Healthcare. We've been using them for three months. The accommodation of the representative that I talked with was outstanding and I'm really pleased with the caregivers. They are very caring and knowledgeable. They check on him daily, get him up and make sure he gets to his appointments. I just want to say that the caregiver is like a family to us.

The staff only came out for a few hours because my mom just didn't want anything to do with it. But she was wonderful, and the manager was fantastic. She was great and I thought I felt that because my mom is not very polite. Mom does not want anyone helping her and she just wants my dad. My father is well and so he can take care of mom. They were very professional and very good. We may be giving them a call in the future if my mom' health deteriorates to a point where we have to have someone with her.

We have been with Cerna for about three years now. We have round the clock care for our mom. This company is AWESOME and they answer and take care of all your needs.The caregivers are sweet and do there job . Its a piece of mind knowing that your loved one is being well taken care of.
