One of the agencies called me back and gave me Peggy's name. I called her and she just took it from there! She came out and she was wonderful and really knowledgeable. She knew that if we had a long term care policy, it would likely cover it. We didn't have to do anything but fill out 2 documents and she handled the rest. It was like a miracle because I had no idea what to do! Peggy knew exactly what to do. And the aide she gave us turned out having an LVN license, which was a real plus. She really got my husband through his recovery. She was really knowledgeable and had very close communication with Peggy all along. They keep really good notes. I felt that the communication was really good all the way around. It was a miracle she was there. She knows a lot! Another thing is that she was available 24/7. If we had an emergency situation, we could call her and she'd be right on the phone. When you're the only family member there to take care of somebody who is really sick, having someone like Peggy is just incredible.
