Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

They sent me a lady that is very nice to my husband and he likes her and that is very important to me.
I only get them 3 times a week. They let me know when a caregiver cannot come and the way they send me the bills.

She starts the day off by going through an exercise program with me, which is great, and then we go on walks, which helps me.
They provided a caregiver that has been very prompt, and I can count on them being here, so I'd recommend them.

I don't have to worry about my family member knowing that someone is there looking after him.
I like that they are local. Their response time is really good. I can always get ahold of Jessica if I need her to relay something to the caregivers.

Right At Home helped our family when our mother was diagnosed with dementia and it was obvious the she needed in-home care to keep her safe and connected socially. The caregiver was fantastic - patient, gentle, kind, reliable, and professional with my mother and myself. Jessica the owner, and Marisa in the office were always quick to respond to my inquiries and requests.
All in all, a very positive experience working with Right At Home; highly recommend!

They watch my husband while I am not here, they ensure his safety, clean him and feed him. They do things in my place for me.
They are very responsive, when I did not like the first caregiver and expressed that they were responsive and sent another one for me to try.

I had to put her in a nursing home because Right at Home wasn't able to provide all the caregivers that she needed.
My mom needed more care and Right at Home wasn't able to help my mom full time. The people who were there did a good job at first though.

When I was sick, they helped quite a bit. Recently, I've had people who are very responsible about getting me places.
They're very responsive, and the people show up when they're supposed to, and the person who runs the testing center responds immediately.

From the moment we called to the last day, was nothing but exceptional. They made a perfect fit for my father with the caregivers. They were professional and made a quick connection with our father. We use the services on an as-needed basis and because of this, we get a variety of caregivers. Some caregivers are better than others. Some caregivers' personalities match with ours better than others.
The best thing about the company is that they are very responsive. When you call them, they will call you right back. They will go out of their way to oblige their clients.

They're very good to work with; they're cooperative and sensitive to her needs. She doesn't drive and has dementia so they take her to her doctor's appointments and take her for haircuts and keep her company.

I was in a circumstance where I had to get care for my mother to be released from rehab. Right at Home was recommended to me. I made the call and Jennifer met me. She assessed my needs and developed a care schedule. Hospice provided what they could and Right At Home took care of everything else in a very professional and truly caring way.

Ariane is a great listener. She’s flexible and responsive. Right at Home conducts periodic check ins to be sure everything is all good. I notice and appreciate their care for me. 50% of the caregivers are exceptional.

I contacted Right at Home when we decided to bring my mother back from the hospital to her assisted living facility rather than a skilled nursing facility. That decision ended up being crucial to my mother's (age 97) recovery. With the help of companion aides from Right at Home, my mother was able to safely recover. The aides were wonderful! They were calm, experienced, pleasant, and very kind with my mother. My mother was able to return to independent living as a result of her being eased back into her surroundings with the help of Right at Home caregivers. We found the company to be very responsive to our needs. They monitored the quality of my mom's care and were in regular communication with me. I would use them again without question. An excellent company with excellent staff.

We have been working with Right at Home for several months to assist us with caregiving for a member of our family. We have found them to be professional, dependable, geniunely caring and affordable. They have been flexible as far as scheduling and have assisted with transportation needs to doctors, grocery shopping, light housekeeping as well as companionship. They have provided the security and assurance we need to know our cousin is cared for and safe. Caring for an elderly loved one can be difficult and RAH in Marin has given us the support we needed. Hired RAH to assist with caregiving for cousin.
