The caregivers from A Step Above Caregiving, LLC pretty much do what we ask them to do. We have caregivers over during the night and they give her showers, wash her hair, and make sure she doesn't fall. They also check her blood sugar and give her snacks according to what her blood sugar is. They do light houskeeping, like they pick up any soiled diapers and do laundry. The caregivers are really good. We like both of them that come right now. Their scheduling and billing is good. Shelly is the owner and she's great. She's really good to communicate with and really helpful.

Kelly is an awesome person who seems to really care about her company and its clients. I would recommend this company to anybody needing a caregiver. They go out of their way for their clients and help your worries fade away. 5 stars!

I work at a restaurant where it is family oriented and brings many elderly people. I met Kelly because she was caregiving to one of our regular customers. I would see her 4 times a week and got to know her very well. I loved observing how well she does with the elderly...its not just a job for her she treats them like it was her own family member. I would highly recommend this place! We as children want our parents or grandparents to be treated with the best love and care but out busy life schedules dont allow us to care for them 24 7...this place will fill in that time for you with the love and care they deserve.

They have been the besy choice we could have gone with and my Mother just loves her lady that comes and helps her out during the day. They are always there on time and have even stayed a bit late when i really needed it.

A Step Above Caregiving basically saved my life. I was at wits end with my mother when someone told me about this company. I was having trouble sleeping at night because i was afraid i wouldn’t hear her if she woke up. A Step Above came in and offered me nightly care and I love it! My moods are better and i am sleeping through the night just knowing someone is there for my mother. I found this company when my mother had to have surgery and needed care during the day but I had to work. They are very helpful and nice. They always make sure my mother has someone so I don’t have to miss work. My mother likes her caregiver very much. They are always on time and stay until I get home even if I am a little bit late.
