We got Trusted Family Homecare for my mother. The aides are fine and they work around the clock. The communication with the agency is very good, and the value is pretty good. They're prompt.

I used Trusted Family Homecare for my husband. The caregiver showered and walked him, and when I wasn't home, he gave him lunch. He took care of my husband. However, we weren't thrilled with him as a person. The owner of the place is wonderful, but this particular guy didn't work for us. The billing was fine, but I didn't like the guy.

Without a doubt, I can count on being able to contact TFH at all times of the day and for any concerns I have. We are octogenarians, and we had split the household chores between us. When my husband came out of the hospital I could shoulder the whole load myself. I picked Trusted Family because of their 5 star rating. The people Daniel sent me were all punctual and capable. Our main resource, Maxine, is a marvel. She does anything we ask her to do cheerfully and skillfully. I would heartily recommend this service to everyone.

I was homebound, almost bed bound due to a 3 part surgery. I had a hip removed due to an infection, was "toe touch/no weight bearing" for 2 1/2 mos. I needed help with almost everything. Added to this was the fact that I had 2 cats that needed care. Daniel was fantastic. He found people who could do everything I needed. When problems arose (caregiver family problems, etc.), he always found another person. I was never left uncared for. All of the caregivers were efficient, very caring people. Taking care of my pets as well as myself. Another asset to this Company and the employees , is their adaptability to changes in schedule, to accommodate Doctor appointments, etc.

I was impressed with Trusted Family Homecare. Initially, we had care for 24 hours a day for the first month, and since then, we had care 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. We had 2 different caregivers, and both of them were terrific. Management was terrific as well; the owner called once or twice a week just to see how things were going. They're really amazing.

Trusted Family Home Care has been taking care of my Mom for several months now. The Caregivers that Daniel has assigned are amazing! and we are so happy to have chosen this agency. Our Caregivers help my Mom with meal preparation, bathed and dressed, and take her to her Doctors appointments. I recommend this agency to my friends and family. - Eddie

I was a client of Trusted Family Homecare for over two months, and without question, the services provided by Daniel and his team were absolutely excellent. From the owner on down, they all truly cared. I believe it was more than a job to them, they actually cared about the wellbeing of my Father and did what they could to make his life better, I live out of state and traveled to LA every week or so, because of that it was imperative I had caregivers I could trust to show up and do the job expected. I was confident my Father was in good hands when I left town.
The reason I no longer use Trusted Family is because I have moved my Father to a Senior Living Facility. However, if I were to move my Father home and needed a caregiver, I will not hesitate to call on Trusted Family. I truly do not believe you will be very happy selecting Trusted Family and I do highly recommend them.

Trusted Family Homecare is excellent. A caregiver is ALWAYS their for my mother's care, which is huge!!!! In the past our family used other services, but after caregivers not showing up to shifts and leaving my mother alone for hours we changed to Trusted Family Homecare. The caregivers are on time and the supervisor can always reached via phone with prompt call returns and is very involved in making sure my mom is taken care of. This care company really lives up to their name. We are so thankful to all the great caregivers who have now become apart of our family. Our mom loves your company.

This is truly an amazing service that I would highly recommend to anyone. My sister was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) . As the disease progressed it became more and more difficult to tend to her needs. We were so stressed with dealing with the realization of her prognosis and care, but when we contacted Trusted Family Homecare they literally came to our rescue and took such special care of her. They were always on time and we felt completely confident with leaving her in their hands. They were so professional and became a wonderful companion for my sister. The caregiver always arrived at our home with a bright reassuring smile. What a blessing that this service was available to help us.

What an amazing, caring company. In today's world it's difficult to establish a company that has been honest and thorough such as Trusted Family Homecare. The company truly lives up to their title and company message. I wouldn't get this quality of home care service elsewhere.
