Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

The caretaker they send does everything well, is not intrusive, and is energetic. I like the owner.

The caregivers were incompetent, but the company was pretty good. They weren't able to meet his needs.
They were very organized. They found people and I like that the owner of the company came and checked to make sure everything was going alright.

My husband is my primary caregiver when I don't have Right at Home, so when they are here, he gets that time to do what he needs to do.

My son has had a group of people that have come my way, and there are some good cooks in that group.
I am happy with what has gone one. I like that I am at home and can still take walks with my dog every day.

She is only there for 2 hours twice a week but when she is here she allows me to leave the house to go grocery shopping.
I like this agency because of the caregiver that is assigned to us is very attentive and kind.

The services help us by walking with my husband. I also have difficulty walking because I have trouble with my spine.
I like that they are very organized as a company. They ask what our needs are before they come. I like that the caregivers check in and out with the agency on my landline phone so it is accurate.

Some days he thinks it's wonderful, on other days he's obnoxious to them. However, they handle everything he does and we couldn't do without them!

Right at Home provided excellent service in an urgent situation. From the 1st assessment call I knew this company was going to give me the care I need and help me along the way. My father had an unexpected fall and would need some in home care for a few days. It was last minute and right at home was able to accommodate us. No hidden fees, no contracts. You pay for the service you need. I will definitely you this service again in the future as needed and my parents get older.

In my mother's life, the impact comes from someone taking care of her. I don't feel well, so the care allows me to get myself better while I know that my mom is getting her needs taken care of. I don't have to worry because I know she is in good hands.
They have quality caregivers. The ones who have come to the house have been trained well and handle my mother's care. I couldn't ask for anything better.

I live in No Carolina and flew out to meet the James' before they started caring for my father. It was so nice to be able to know how kind and professional Right at Home of OC was. I was able to communicate from across the country and feel better about not being able to be there myself. Greg and Pat J are two Very Caring people. They love what they do and it shows! They bent over backwards to help our family. It was so nice that they got to know my father so that they could better serve his needs and the needs of our family. I have signed up with and am currently using Right at Home. Right now, it is a caregiver who comes in twice a week for about 4 to 5 hours each time and primarily just being there so my husband doesn’t fall -- particularly helping him with showering and toileting and things like that. Right now he just needs somebody to be there when I am not here. They are delightful people. As we visited with them the first time, my husband actually wanted them to be the ones that came and did the caregiving. They are just very caring, very personable, and nice people.

We did find an in-home care agency. It’s Right at Home Coastal Orange County, and it is right near where my in-laws live. My in-laws like them very well. They like the caregiver who is coming. They’re very happy. She comes two days a week for three hours a day. She has been very good with them. She has done everything that my husband wanted her to do like take his dad for walks and basically just be there for the help that they need. They provide anything that they need to have done. They do a little housekeeping, they take them to the grocery store or to medical appointments, and they take my mother-in-law to get her hair done. They really love the woman who is coming. She does some cooking, and she helps them with bathing.

Everyone in the company has the highest level of integrity and professionalism. The caregivers took great care of my father. Jaime was wonderful from the first day I called for help until the day we no longer needed their services. Pat and Greg truly have their clients' best interest at heart.

Right at Home is an exceptional provider with whom I have had nothing but positive experiences. Patricia in particular has helped my 90-year old mother on several occasions. I was so impressed by her kindnes, professionalism and understanding. She made a real connection with my mother. She's diligent and attentive and followed with a thoughtful update each time. I am so grateful for her patience and good nature. I would call no one else!
