I'm very happy with the services. One of the nurses that I see on a daily basis lives in the same city, and we are able to work when I'm available. They are able to accommodate where I live.

I have a back injury, and it seems like they are working on my arms and legs. I was hoping I would get more work with my back to strengthen it. They take the time to work with me and do things I wouldn't get from a therapy place on my own.

The provider was flexible with appointments. I liked the guy that I called he was very helpful, if I had any issues they answered the phone.

They let me choose my schedule when I want. They have good services and they help you when you need them.

When I have questions they are there to answer them, my caregiver is amazing. You can really tell that she loves and cares for me. They are pretty punctual when calling me regarding things, they are good at what they do.

Their nurses are prompt and when they can't be prompt they notify me. They went above and beyond to find someone knowledgable about my daughters needs and extensive medical issues.

He has 24 hour care, the impact is vital. He can't do without it. I like how responsive they were. They immediately came out to do the assessment when I had an urgent need. They are professional when they are in our home. They also help us out with unforeseen staffing needs.

They do my shots daily and they make sure I am doing okay. They are on time and they care. They have helped by calling my doctors for me.

I only see the caregivers once a month but they do a great job! The caregiver I have always has such a positive attitude. I love the caregiver that I have. She is amazing. The office staff is also helpful.

They could be more professional. They could not sent out a PTA instead of a therapist. They could have better professionals.

My mom is getting the help she needs. They do personal grooming. They find people who are compatible with her. She loves the people that come to her home. I think sometimes the communication around scheduling gets a little lost.

They were the first rehabilitation rehab I had after I had surgery. She was attentive she took the time to talk to me and take my vitals. She was personable. I like the people that were sent to my house. I like their attention to detail and their follow up.

I let them know how poor my experience was the first time around and they worked with me. They are on top of communication. I had a bad first experience with them, but it improved. The most recent one has been a positive experience.

There are significant problems in finding BrightStar. They work through a third party company to give me services. These services are going through several of my doctors. They're getting better at giving services. BrightStar chose me, I wouldn't recommend them because they were sent to me.

I do appreciate not being contacted too much and only calling when I need it versus marketing to me. The service they provide is what I've expected.

I think everything went fine. It was nice because they could better handle my daughter with bathing. Things were hard because we had a different caregiver every time, but we didn't have the services for very long. If we had the services longer, I'm sure the agency would have found us a regular caregiver.

They worked it out for her to meet the home nurse. They were extremely helpful and caring about the whole situation. I like that they always call and check up to see that the nurse they send is doing what they are supposed to.

They showed me how to take care of myself. They took care of my wound, and they answered any questions that I had if I was unsure of anything. They were friendly and accommodated themselves to my needs.

When they come in, I do not have to worry about anything. They will tell me when we need to go to the store and other things that we need to get done. They take a lot of worry off me. They meet my needs very well, and I get along with my caregiver.

I can be sure that I will have someone here and they will be quality people. If I am not happy with them, they will replace them. They try so hard to make me happy. If anything happens, they bend over backwards to accommodate me. They are absolutely wonderful.

I can't think of anything they could do. He doesn't need that much intensive care. They make his meals. He is a very picky eater. We really trust the caregivers that we have had.

The caregivers from BrightStar Care come on time and they always let me know if they can't make it. They are also courteous. The caregivers clean for me and drive me where I need to go.
