Felicia goes above & beyond while caring for my Mother. She is compassionate and kind. If my Mother is confused or tired Felicia assists her in preparing a nap. My Mom is very comfortable with her. She takes initiative and confidently handles medical appointments and relays medical information back to me quickly. She also makes sure my Mother takes her medications daily and on time. She arrives on time every shift and takes my Mom for drives, grocery shopping & takeout dining all of which Mom enjoys. Most recently, Felicia dealt with an urgent home maintenance issue and got it quickly resolved with Building Maintenance. She also cares for my Moms cat & ensures he has fresh food & a clean litter box every visit. We are delighted to have Felicia caring my mother. Most importantly, my Mother is very happy with Felicia!
