We have the same caregiver before, and so we haven't had a change with caregivers. They provide help with all the daily living activates and other certain needs.
They took over for our other home health, and it was a very smooth transition.

The transition as Honor went to Arosa was rough. They could give less confusion, and they could make it easier for us.
They could improve their ease of use. If there was an app it would help me a lot.

She is a wonderful person. She is on time and does everything we ask her to.
We had a hard time with the billing part of it, but the care is fantastic. We are getting used to a new system.

The people showed up when they said they were going to, but they didn't return phone calls. They weren't clear on the payment and contract information.
The services all would depend on the person requiring the care.

LivHOME has done pretty well so far, and it's very good. My mom is doing OK and seems to be doing pretty well with it. They help her get dressed, go to the bathroom, change her pants when she has accidents, do housework for us, help cook breakfast, make decaf coffee for her all day, and take her for walks and rides. The girl we have now is doing a very good job, and everything's been OK with LivHome so far.
