They don't train their caregivers. No one is trained on the simple services we require. They send a new person out and don't come with them to tell them where everything is. The main person came out and I went over everything with that person, but the next caregiver came out and the first one never trained anyone else. It would be nice if, after I explained the rules to one person, they would turn around and train the next person. They haven't made much difference for us. They need better at training and not send someone out with no clue what to do.

The CNA care from BrightStar Care is 120% better than care I received in a nursing home.

I am not likely to recommend BrightStar Care because they did not seem to have a caregiver who matched well with my loved one. BrightStar Care made life easier because they were able to get someone to help me with my loved one on short notice.
