Comfort Keepers is a one stop shop providing an array of in-home services which include; Companion Care, Personal Care, Dementia Specific Care, Transportation Services, and Respite Care. As a former Director of Social Services in a Skilled Nursiong Facility (SNF) I utilized Comfort Keepers many times when discharging a patient back home.
