We have been using this service for almost 2 years for our father who has Parkinson’s disease. It has been so nice to working with providers and the office staff. It has been a pleasant change from previous companies who were not able fill shifts. Using Care Plus has allowed for us to enjoy time more with Dad because we know we have a team to help us!

When my father had a massive stroke 3 years ago we were trying to manage his care on our own, while working full time with school age children. Enter Care Provider Plus. They came into our home and everything changed for the better. My dad got lots of attention and has been really well cared for. The caregiver has been highly reliable and we are beyond grateful for his excellent work with my dad. It can be so nerve wracking to have someone come into your home and CPP has been a dream to work with. They ensure the trustworthiness of their providers, which has been terrific. The flexibility and ease of scheduling has also been great. All the staff at CPP have been amazing. I would highly recommend this agency. Having this partnership with CPP has changed everything about the challenges of caring for my dad. We could not be doing this without them.

Care Plus Provider has been amazing to my grandfather and I. My grandpa is 92 years old and was diagnosed with cancer about 2 years ago. Being 25 years old and having no other help at home I needed immediate help to care for him. I’m so glad I found CPP. The caregivers are always on time, very responsive and more importantly they are always wonderful to my grandfather. They provide amazing companionship. When I’m out and about running errands or simply just needing time out of the house, I never have to worry. I know he’s being well taken care of. The staff is always accommodating and go above and beyond per my requests. I’ve never had any issues with CPP. I highly recommend this agency for you’re loved one. I would like to express my appreciation to the care provided to my Mom, by her caregivers from Care Plus Provider, LLC. They provide exceptional care when helping her take a bath, toilet needs, eating, assisting her to stand & walk. Their happy disposition initiate lively conversations with her and they keep her company while she watches game shows on TV. Thank you.

Our 93 year old dad needed 24/7 care as a fall risk. After being in out and of the ER several times, we contacted Care Plus as a referral from the VA in the Bay Area. Care Plus was fantastic. Their staff was knowledgeable and treated our dad with dignity and respect. The caregivers became like extended family members which is what you want in a caregiver. They also were very responsive to any changes or adjustments in our dad's care, and were always in touch if there were changes in schedule or staff. Very highly recommended agency!

I highly recommend Care Plus Provider for in-home care. They took care of my elderly mother (and tangential, my father) with patience, kindness and thoroughness. I appreciated how informed they kept me about what they were experiencing with my parents--concerns, questions or even just anecdotes about their day. All of my siblings were equally impressed by how attentive they were. My mother is wheelchair-bound and needed a great deal of assistance with personal care which they handled very professionally and with sensitivity. They took pride in my mom's appearance and that meant a lot to us. They kept things very tidy, too. Our case manager (Jay) and the office manager (Dashy) were great to deal with as well. Jay demonstrated a great deal of flexibility when scheduling issues or last minute changes came up. He also made care recommendations as needed. We had to move my parents into assisted living for a variety of reasons otherwise we would still be using Care Plus.

I contacted a few businesses to get a caretaker for myself . My surgery was scheduled with just two weeks notice and I was told I can’t move my arms . Nobody was able to help but as soon as I spoke to the office manager of Care Plus at Dublin I knew I was in good hands. They immediately found the most perfect caregiver for me. She was always on time and was making sure that I don’t move my arms made sure I had a safe and clean home for recovery and was always willing to do more . I would surely recommend care plus provider to anyone !

My friend had to take care of her Mom who was bedridden for may years, but time came when she too got sick, and she needed someone to take care of her Mom. All through the years, I have treated her Mom as my own, and if there is anything I want to make sure of is for her Mom to get the best care. So, I referred them to Care Plus Provider, a company that provides excellent in-home care services. After a few weeks, my friend said that she made the best decision in her life -- choosing Care Plus Plus for her Mom! And I was so happy to know. I recommended Care Plus Provider because I trust the company, Its superb, professional and tailored made individualized delivery of services is just awesome. I have made several referrals in the past and words of gratitude and satisfaction are what I got from my friends and families, in return. The staff are very approachable and friendly; the caregivers are very compassionate and reliable. My family has been a client of Care Plus Provider for 7 months. They are the primary reason we can sleep at night. Our caregivers, T and C treat my mom as if she was theirs. It took a couple caregivers to go through until we found the perfect match. Don’t be afraid to voice your concerns as Care Plus listens and takes account your feedback to find the right fit.
We had so many qualities that we wanted in a caregiver. The most important was to keep my mother engaged as she has Alzheimer’s. My mom has a lot of love for her T and C! Our lovely caregivers exceed our expectations. They are loving, proactive and are a big part of our family. Not to mention they cook exceptionally.
We have referred Care Plus to other friends in need of dependable and qualities caregivers. We have no need in comparing other companies to satisfy our decision.

We have been to Care Plus Provider for almost 3 year now and we are satisfied with the excellent service they provided.
They help me with my husband and he have a caregiver at home that we can trust and helping him all he needs for daily living and also help us with our light housekeeping and we are very happy .

I have been with Care Plus Provider for three years. Care Plus Provider currently provide in-home care for me on a full tine basis. The agency was very responsive and flexible to my need. Their caregivers are very professional, punctual, attentive and caring. I highly recommend hiring Care Plus Provide to provide care for your self or loved ones.

Care Plus Provider stepped in on a moments notice when our caregiving company dropped us due to some unforeseen difficulties. They understood the situation perfectly and made accommodations to handle it. I know they faced some difficult situations and were always so kind and gracious. We are so thankful for the help they provided and would never have gotten through this without them. While I pray circumstances do not arise where we need to contact them again, I will not hesitate to do so if they do. Our sincerest thanks to Care Plus Provider.

My mom has people from Care Plus Provider. We hired them immediately after I contacted Caring.com, and we heard from them like the next day. Our experience with them has been good. We like them. We had never hired caregivers before, so we are learning a lot. My mom is not the easiest person to get along with, but it is going well. I think Jean helps me and is very responsive. They're very kind to me about everything that is going on. They have been flexible with us about the scheduling as much as possible, and in trying to figure out how much care my parents really need. They're very communicative with me about it and with what works and what doesn't. They bill us every two weeks, which is easy for my dad to keep track of, so that has been fine. They're very good.

I hired Care Plus for my wife who needs a housekeeper and companion. I've had 2 caregivers for the past two last months -- the first one couldn't provide service on the day assigned, so they sent another. She does housekeeping, and everything has worked out perfectly since.

Care Plus was found online, Nova is an excellent caregiver. She has a warm and caring personality. I enjoy all the food she has cooked, Joy is doing the work today. I' m sure she as competent as Nova . So far very thing is fine. Nova was even able to take to Kaiser for a blood test . My children feel satisfied and don't worry about me ....Trudy Wong
