Home Instead is passionate about keeping seniors safe at home. We hire experienced CAREGivers that are put through a multi-phased training program to help them become extraordinary home care professionals. Our CAREGivers help seniors by providing such services as meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, errands/incidental transportation, light housekeeping and companionship. Our Care Coordination keeps families up to date on their loved ones well being.

The caregiver was reliable, kind, and beyond helpful. She would see something that needed to her do be and just take care of it without having to be addled. She was respectful and compassionate.

We have been using Home Instead Senior Care for about a month and a half now. They go in five hours a week. They check the appointments. They do the groceries and light cleaning in the house.

My brother is using Home Instead, and they're fabulous. It's not the same person every day; there are three different people who come in during the week who are very kind and warm do what he needs, such as cleaning, helping him exercise, going up and down the stairs, getting his prescriptions, and cooking him a healthy dinner. They are available and have been very good. A couple times, though, on a weekend, they didn't show up, which freaked me out, but they did send over a meal which my brother heated up in the microwave, so at least they sent him food.

Outstanding. The team is very supportive, helpful and flexible. Everyone is great with Justine. She can be a handful. Also I have received lots of gifts of knowledge to help with this journey.

We only used Home Instead a couple of times, but I wasn't as satisfied with their care. They were very good, but the people that I spoke with in the office just didn't seem concerned or interested. There were more impersonal communications. The care itself seemed to be fine -- not spectacular or noteworthy but good. They did what they had to do. Also, for a 12-hour stretch, you could only have one caregiver.
