They come and help by saying good morning to him and talking to him. She gives him a shower and dresses him.
I like that they have good caregivers and they are flexible with our schedule.

They help the most through giving my sister constant care 24/7. They show up and do what they supposed to.
One thing I would tell a friend is they are dependable. It is critical that I have someone show up.

My father was very resistant. They could have maybe been more communicative about things that weren't getting accomplished, like medicine management.
Their point of contact was incredibly responsive. They were quick to respond.

It was really good. My dad was pleased with the help.
I liked that they were very helpful. My mom's normal caregiver was out of town and they were very accommodating and understanding.

The service frees us up, being their children is stressful and this service has helped us establish a balance in our life.
I'd tell a friend that I like the responsiveness and because it was difficult to get 24/7 during the pandemic but Lauren, the franchise owner, was very helpful in making sure someone is there.

They are very responsive and if I need to get a hold of them they always have someone on call and they listen to me. If someone calls out sick there is always someone to cover and the slack is picked up.
They do not seem to communicate internally very well. If I have instruction I call the office and they do not seem to pass this information along so when they show up they are not all on the same page.

They need to provide what they say they are going to.
I would like them to have more honestly about the quality of the caregivers. It looked professional in the beginning, but it is not.

They could be more available at the times I need. I think they have a minimum amount of hours per visit. Ideally, it would be three hours instead of four.
The care has been very good. We like the caregiver a lot. The timing of it is one issue. We want her to come at one particular time but she cannot do that.
