PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly)provides coordinated medical, social and home care to frail seniors who are struggling to live at home independently. Services include: transportation to and from the PACE Center, primary care doctor and specialists, physical and occupational therapy, medical specialists such as dentist, podiatry, home care, day program, meidcations and management. Ideal for seniors on Medi-cal who have no cost for this program (share of cost paid to PACE).
