They were always on top of everything, they were always checking in to make sure everyone's doing what they should be doing, and they just really took good care of me and my family. They were taking care of my mother who had dementia and heart disease. They took care of her very well. They fed her nutritious food, they entertained her, they read to her, they sang to her, they took her out in a wheelchair, and they took her for walks. They showered her, and they reminded her of her medicines. They were just on top of everything. Communication was the best part. I've been through other agencies before and I wouldn't get a phone call back or anything. But with Right at Home, every time I called down, it was right there. Someone always gave me a call back right away. I never had to even think about it, so that was really good. The staff that they sent over was amazing. They were always on time. They were very sweet and very nice. They always put my mom first in anything. They were very compatible with her, and she loved them. As a matter of fact, they were just really amazing. They treated her like they would treat their own mother. They were very competent and very accessible. They're just great people. I had no problems at all. It was the best company I've ever had to work with. I had to do this for my dad years before, so I wish I'd known about them then.

We had the service of Right at Home, run by Dan B., from early February through the middle of May. The service, in my mind, was exemplary. It was absolutely phenomenal. Dan and all of his people, some were better than others, but all of them were very caring for my dad and his partner. They went above and beyond in terms of providing for my dad's need. They would stop and get certain groceries or things that he liked on their way to to stay with him. Surely we paid a dear price for the service, but we got phenomenal service from every one of them. There's Weng, Jhing, Cecille, Lee, Marissa, Teeane, and Teresita. If I missed anybody who was assigned to my dad who I did not name, it's only because of a lack of memory on my part. But they're all phenomenal, there's nobody I would have purposely excluded for any reason. They were all very kind and compassionate. My dad is a difficult person to put up with at 94 years old, and they were very kind to him. Also, Dan B. was very caring and and concerned. He would also stop by on occasion just to visit, just to see how things were going. He'd bring a cheesecake or a milkshake. At the end, I asked him to go ahead and put it on our bill, but he made all the arrangements to get Dad a mobile walker that he could sit down on and lock the wheels. And that was something my dad was seriously needing when he made his transition into the assisted living facility. Their communication was excellent, too. I would get telephone calls and emails and text messages advising me of Dad's state of mind, his condition, and his needs. Not just Dan, but each of of the caregivers as well; they very communicative. They also followed through. I've had no experience other than this with any kind of in-home caregivers. I had some some concerns, but I was put at ease very quickly by how they conducted themselves. Their paperwork was good, and I had no concerns about any aspect of their operation. I'm very quick to criticize if criticism is required or necessary, but I'm also quick to to praise when praise is worthy. And in this case, it definitely was.
