Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

They are very easy going caregivers and they are more than happy to do anything I ask them to do. They don't ever complain.

I was completely independent prior to this and so If I had to call somebody in, they've really been outstanding.

They helped relieve me of duties that required personal care for my mother. I was able to spend time with her rather than doing specific tasks.
The care was wonderful and everybody was perfect, helpful, very polite, very caring. I had no issues at all.

I worry less about coverage and it is assuring to know that a shift will always be covered. They are always at your services because they communicate so brilliantly.
The communication is excellent and they are always able to cover the shifts.

The person I am with 5 days a week will continue to go out of her way to make sure things are okay and that I am okay. She helps me more than I can describe.
I have someone who comes five days in a row so I see her more than anybody. There are others who come on the weekend but I do not get much interaction with them. My steady person is fantastic.

They come from 1-4 and I leave. I leave it to them to take care of my husband and to do some light housekeeping. Some caregivers are better then others and I have had to tolerate that.
I like all of it. I have known them for a while and Kevin, the owner, is a great representative. The caregivers are always punctual and courteous. They are prompt and the office will come and introduce new caregivers.

I don't have to deal with anything because Right at Home deals with everything. If someone doesn't show or if there is an issue, they handle it. There is really no way to measure the impact because it has been so wonderful. They are dependable people who are going be there no matter what.

Truly blessed to have found Right at Home of West Orange County! Kevin, Kim, Elizabeth, and Gail are God's angels in human form. The love, caring, and support that they gave to my dying husband, Larry, and to me and my family made this sad and difficult time so much easier to bear! God's presence and guidance is found in everything they do for you!

Right at Home has done their best to match us up to caregivers that are willing to help my wife with her activities. Right at Home makes my life easier because they do the same things for my wife that I would do for her. They keep me from burning out. Right at Home has improved her life by constantly having people who have their energy up to take care of her.

The client is happy with the caregivers. That's from what I see. The caregiver takes care of the client's needs. For her family and friends helping, it doesn't require us to be there as much.

The service provided by Right At Home was excellent. They made themselves available immediately when my parents had a sudden need for home care. They were kind, patient and very professional helping my parents with cooking, cleaning and driving them to do errands. It was a great comfort to them and to me. I highly recommend Right At Home and would hire them again in an instant!

I have been very pleased with the service we have received. The caregivers are very knowledgeable and reasonable. My mother is very comfortable with them. The staff works very hard to make sure the scheduling goes smoothly.

My mother loves her day care person, Deborah. She is very responsive to my mother's needs. The office staff is friendly and quick to help with any issues. My only criticism is that there is no monthly billing which is quite inconvenient.

We've been using their services for a couple of weeks now, and everything seems to be going the way we expected it. So far so good. My mom can interact with the caregiver very well. It's not about the time spent looking for the right agency, but it's the one closest to our home that we needed so that's why we chose Right at Home's services. I could say that they are very helpful and attentive with her, but as I said it's just been 2 weeks so i can't really say anything more but it has been going well for us.
