The particular gentleman that we have from Senior Helpers is great. He's very kind, professional, and very good; we can't say more good things about him. We didn't start off very well, a lady came and took my husband for a walk, but he fell and ended up with a broken nose and a bunch of problems. I just think that the way they handled that wasn't very professional, but the caregiver we have now is prompt and always on time. We're hanging on to him and we're happy with this care provider.
