Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I like that Hannah, the manager from the office, did whatever she could to meet our requests and what we needed at the time. They have a personal touch and they find people as quickly as possible.

They do not come regularly, just when I have an appointment to go to. The last time that I used them for a blood test, my caregiver came very late.
I have not had any trouble with them, but it is okay.

The caregiver talks and sits with her because she can't be alone. Because of the services, I can go to my doctor's appointments.
They have flexible hours, and I can call them whenever I need to run errands.

I think it has been good. We have different caregivers who take care of her. Some are great, but others don't mesh as well.
I think that there were a few scheduling mishaps, which are really important when doing homecare.

Right at Home comes in a couple of days a week. They fit my needs and they're in the price range that I was looking for. My parents are very happy with the person who comes in. I would prefer billing to be an online thing. It's paper statements, and that's the only issue that I have.

There's a lot less stress in knowing there's someone here, so I don't have to go to my loved one's house as often. My father is able to leave the house without my mom without having to worry. The cleaning of the house takes stress off my dad.
They know us and we know them. It's a smaller company, so I don't have to explain myself every time and they know the needs that my parents have. They hook us up with caregivers that are able to fit my loved one's needs very well.

The caregiver that came to help only came 3 times, which wasn't that helpful. They could have given the caregiver more hours.
I wouldn't recommend them because I hardly had the service that I hired.

Martha updates me and send me pictures of my mother every week. She tells me what's going on in my mother's facility, too.
Martha comes on the weekends. She always calls me because I live out of state to tell me what's going on.
