It is a Godsend. It has made an incredible difference because we able to do something without having to check every 5 minutes.
Their affiliation with Calper's is very important. The management at BrightStar Care has always been available when I call.

The caregiver has brought her back to life.
I have only had several caretakers. There was good communication between me and the one. Another one had okay communication. She left abruptly, and I was given no notice.

They were sensitive to my loved one and they could tell how she was feeling by how she was reacting.
I recommend them all the time. They are professional and the owners of BrightStar Care are very professional as well.

They have helped him by doing activities with him, like puzzles and models. They keep him busy and active.
I like that they answer all of my questions, I like the book that the caregivers fill out every day, and I like the dementia information they shared when we first contacted them.

Without the caregivers I would be nowhere.
They have provided me with two great caregivers. Their billing is pretty good.

Great customer service and reliable service!! You can even have a service for minimum two hours which other service provider won’t offer like Brightstar. They are great!!!

This company has been wonderful to me, the caregivers are compassionate and caring. The staff is very friendly and so are the coordinators. I will continue to recommend them to friends.
