Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

The caregiver came over to feed my dog when I had surgery and does anything else that I ask of her.
The caregivers they have there are great workers, so I'd certainly recommend them for that.

The other day my caregiver came in upset, the first time in six months. They gave her another job and they didn't tell me. She usually comes at 10:30 and she called me at 10:30 to tell me she would be late. It makes me nervous when they come late.
I talked to the manager Melissa and she was very attentive and nice. The caregiver they gave me has lasted with me for six months, I really like her.

I can't do a lot of housework so she helps keep things clean.
I like that they do background checks on the people. They hire people you can feel comfortable with.

Right at Home has been a part of my dad and moms care for 6 plus years and it is truly a blessing to have them .
Chaplain George, Kim and Melissa have been so amazing ! They are like family to us. We are a team keeping each other updated to make sure mom has everything she needs.
Right at Home was there for our family when my dad passed away. Chaplain George performed his services and Kim was by our side too. They were so supportive and continue to be by our sides.
Right at Home Hemet is very special ...their hearts are in the right place when it comes to caring for your elderly parents.
Scheduling is easy and flexible.
Our caregiver Kim comes during the week and always on time. I feel she’s a sister to me. Helps with taking mom out to her doctors , stores and lunch, Light house cleaning too. Gizmo , my moms kitty loves her too. Then I come take care of mom on the weekends.
I have a peace of mind knowing my mom and dad have the best care. Thank you so much for all you do.

I'm not sure that there is a way they could improve their services. They have taken care of her generally since she's totally helpless.
The only problem I've really had with them is that they need more personnel. There have been times that I've needed someone immediately and they haven't had anyone available.

They cared for my parents. Some caregivers made my parents feel comfortable which made me feel comfortable. The three good ones treated my parents as if they were their parents. They hugged them and felt comfortable with them.
The services I had was fine. I had three that were good and attended to my parents. They assisted and cared for them. They paid attention to them.

It was the first time I needed someone. It was a big impact on my daily life. It was helpful, but I didn't really have a choice.
It's hard, because I don't have anyone to compare them with. Most of the people were fine, but some of them were late or didn't show up on time.

It is so nice to have someone there so that if I fall, I will be taken care of.
All of their girls are not necessarily great, but the ones I have are so good. I really enjoy having them. I would suggest that they train their new young girls that they hire.

The most helpful part is that they help me clean the house, since I'm disabled too.

Right at Home Hemet is doing okay so far. If I give the caregiver directions and motivation, she is pretty good, she's good with directions but needs to be more self-motivated. So it works better if I meet with her once a week about what's going on and help her plan. She reminds my mother of her medication and tries to get her to be active. My mother has dementia so she encourages her to go to the clubhouse, meet with other people, and do the exercise programs that are there. If mom refuses to do that, she exercises with her in the house. My mom is a little stubborn, so it's hard when you have to work with her. The other things that the caregiver does is to remind my mom of her doctors' appointments and write down anything important so we all know what she needs since she doesn't remember any of it. The communication with the agency is pretty good, Melissa is their office person and if I have any issues with billing or things like that, I would contact her. They are pretty accommodating and would work with you in finding the right fit or the right person.

She got me up and going. She didn't complain about the wheelchair or anything.

They help do the dishes, make my bed, and clean the bathroom, which makes my life really easy. I have a bad back, so it's kind of hard to keep the house clean without having someone come in.
They do a great job. They come in and take care of the house and clean up.

I think the people have been friendly. However, I thought he would have more speech therapy.
Everyone has been nice, but they could have better communication. The cleaning people don't do as well as the nursing staff.

When the caregivers came they were very helpful. They would come in the morning to get my wife ready and into the wheelchair.
There was a lack of care. When a caregiver couldn't come in, the office didn't try to find anyone to fill in. They didn't even call.

None of the caregiver had a flu shot, and we didn't like the fact that one of the caregivers was not very clean. When that caregiver did things around the house, they didn't do it very well and didn't pay attention to detail. We would have to go behind and clean up behind them. The caregivers would come into work sick.
Our situation is kind of difficult because my mom is bed bound. The most difficult thing is changing her and things that need strength. They had tried to accommodate us with that, but that didn't worked out. I suggested having two caregivers come out as well when we need that, but that didn't work out.

I think that the caregiver they sent out has been very decent with the work she does. I have no complaints.

Chaplain George was experienced in this field and helped to prepare me for situations that I might encounter. He was present in solving problems and never comprised my trust in him and his company. He came out to visit my mother on several occasions to pray for her. Some of the staff were "excellent" too. They always tried to work through concerns to make the situation right.

I hire a caregiver from Right at Home. I have had him twice -- once for the afternoon and once last night overnight for 12 hours. He is very good. He stays up all night with my husband and takes care of him. He is really gentle and strong enough to pick him up. It has been very good, except for one little thing. He is late. The first time I had him, he reported and he was late, but the second time it was only about 5 of 10 minutes. It does not matter then because we are all home, but if you have an appointment or something, you have to tell him to make sure to come on time.

I've been getting care from right at home for years. They are professional and kind. I was hesitant at first but then I realized that my care provider gave me my life back. I can do everything I need to do now, and honestly I'm never lonely anymore.
