Home Helpers of Santa Rosa is an in-home care provider serving all Sonoma County.
Home Helpers, is a fully bonded and insured home care agency that can provide a full range of services from companion, supervision, personal, respite, and hospice care for your loved one. Our caregivers can do light housekeeping, laundry, assist with bathing, dressing, exercises, medication reminding, grocery shopping, cooking and meal preparation, appointments, transportation and much more!
Home Helpers - Caregiver Skills
Our caregivers are mandated to go through a DOJ and FBI background check clearance to ensure criminal background clearance. All our employees do an on-boarding training, and annual training to keep up with the current health care policies and trainings. Our caregivers are COVID-19 trained to ensure we are taking the right precautions when providing home care services.
Custom Care Plan
The way our services work is we would set up a free consultation to make sure we are the right fit for your needs, then we would set up a in home consultation to do a walk through in the home, and free safety measure check. Once we have completed the in-home consultation, we would have our care plan in place and begin the caregiver search to make sure we are matching our client with a caregiver who is a perfect fit based on needs and personality.

I had to to do most of the things myself, They were helpful when I needed them or asked them to do some stuff, but I definitely will not get services from them again.
For the price that you are paying, I expected more professionalism someone who gets the job done.

She was able to stay at home longer, which helped her out. They would help her most by doing the laundry and meal prep.
The care is good, but towards the end, the care person changed. That made it hard on my mom.

It is hard to be a full-time caregiver to your husband and not take care of things around the house. They help with that and help my sanity because it is hard to do it all alone.
The workers are always on time and are diligent about doing a good job. They are efficient.

It's very helpful for me. I make a list for the caregiver, which makes it easier for both of us. They get a lot of chores done such as laundry and other things I can't do anymore. They take that load off of my mind.
I have already recommended them to a lot of my friends.

They are always there to answer questions. If I need someone and my caregivers can't come, they will find me someone new. They seem to care and are concerned.

She is here and is calm, patient, logical, gentle, and helpful.
I have dealt with one person in the office, and she is extremely helpful with my insurance company. The caregiver is wonderful as well.

I don't have to take care of my father all the time, which is very nice.
I had some issues with one of the caregivers having to call out. I then have to try and cover for the care instead. Since then, we have gotten it fixed.

I think it's just the time they spend with my loved one. It helps because we know someone is there if we aren't.
I like the communication we receive from them. They are very easy to get a hold of, and they answer my questions.

The caregivers from Home Helpers of Santa Rosa come in 4 hours a day, 2 days a week for respite. They're always willing to do anything, and they always wash the dishes. Their owner is wonderful and very accommodating. We're very happy at this point. The company is very professional.
