The owner pads the bill adding 15 minute increments to the actual hours several times a month. The employees might show up or might not. The owner does not even text the client to let you know to make other arrangements for care. I was very very very ill and nonetheless was treated in this manor. I noticed things like my shampoo was more water than shampoo i.e. the employees steal the shampoo or other times and then replace with water so that the bottle will not fill light. This women NEVER calls you back even if you are begging her until she gets around to it. I understand she has several clients and her priority is getting new ones but we are the ones paying her now. One gal damaged my stove. I agreed with the owner to each pay half I have yet to see any reimbursement of her half. BTW 15 minutes of bill padding does not seem like much... but it comes to about $12.00 per incident times 3 to 6 times per week. Currently, she took money she was not authorized to have from my bank account as she has a copy of my CC. Don't hive her your info. She will just go in and withdraw the amount she feels she has a right to. Bottom line, she got me for a bunch of money but I believe in karma. Anyone who steels from the poor or the unhealthy will go down. I hope everyone reads this and heeds my warning.

We had trouble getting people here that would stick around. We had inconsistent care.

It helps me a lot. I'm not sure what I would have done without them. I would like to have a person that knew English better and could help me with a letter I have to write and stuff like that. Right now it's just doing the dishes and cleaning.

They don't give you a runaround. They don't make you wait. They care. They always answer the phone and they always have someone to come out.

She shops and buys food for me every week. That is very important to me. Everyone treats me with respect, they also laugh at my jokes. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had to stop all the services because he couldn't handle it. The other things are excellent. They sent some people to do heavy exercises, and it was too much for him, so I had to send them out.

It's made it a lot easier for me by giving me some time off, which I need. I like that they've answered my calls, and sat down with us to see what kind of care we needed. The caregivers that's assigned to us is excellent.

My mother's complaint is that the person seemed to be doing personal things on the phone a lot. There was one issue. They have to be more clear about their services.

They could have had more professional caregivers. They were always late. We hired someone because we needed to go to work. The owner never returned calls. We had a caregiver who didn't show up when they were supposed to be scheduled. There were no back-ups when a caregiver was ill.

It is a necessity. It is very important and the caregiver that I have is very special in a lot of ways. I like the personal touch.

I could not do what I wanted to do without them. I like that they help me with getting a person every day, and they help me with getting a bath.

The provided someone who cares and goes the extra mile. The caregiver is observant and works with me to provide the best care for my mother. The caregiver truly cares for my loved one. Before she moved to a care facility, we had Visiting Angels, and their caregiver couldn't provide the care for my mother that she needed but Home Helpers does.

It allowed me to go grocery shopping and get out a little. The last helper was very concerned with my husband and was very compatible.
