We've been using Helping Hearts Foundation for my mother-in-law. They help with household duties like cleaning, assisting and cooking meals, and companionship. They're nice, and they're doing what they're asked. They need to improve their scheduling and communication between the office and the staff. Their customer service initially was outstanding, which was the administrative side, but the coordination side was lacking.

Helping Hearts Foundation offers home care for my wife. They help with bathing, dressing up, and all the other things they promised in their brochure. We have a caregiver Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and I like her. They should have more bilingual aides.
