At Golden years, we understand how difficult it can be to find the right caregiver. For this reason, when you call Golden Years you can expect attentive compassionate service, from start to finish-whether you need a few hours of care or 24 hour care, we are here to serve.
Our care specialists are kind, compassionate and enjoy assisting our seniors. We only hire the best! Each caregiver is thoroughly screened, back ground checked, covered by workers compensation, and has undergone extensive training. Furthermore, most of our caregivers have a medical background, possessing a Certified Nurses Assistants Qualification.

After speaking with several agencies we found Golden Year’s. With the other agencies it just didn’t seem to click. It wasn’t until after I spoke with with Carrie, and doing my research, we were sold! It’s been 9 months since we hired them and they’ve been there for my mother’s care every step of the way. We are very happy with their care services.

I speak for our whole family, we’re very happy with our caregivers. We’ve watched all of them interact with our parents, and each time they’ve always gone above and beyond to provide great care. In the Covid era, caregivers seem to be hard to come by. The care my parents are receiving is wonderful. Very happy with this company!

We loved the details such as the background checks they do for everyone they send to your home. They not only take care of the person but they cook, clean, run errands - all a major help. The down side? They have been wildly inconsistent with who they send out. Which means my “day off” isn’t a day off because I can’t leave my family member with a stranger the first time they come over.

The last time we hired an agency for home care, we had a bad experience with our caregiver. I think it was a personality conflict with my mother. Since then, we’ve been using Golden Year’s. My new caregiver has a great personality and is a lot of fun. If you’ve had a bad care experience, give Golden Year’’s a call.

Carrie is a jewel! I called Golden Year’s for home care and she came right out to our home to do an assessment for my mom. What I like best is that she listened. I asked her some tough questions about caregiver training and I was pleased to find out all of Golden Year’s caregiver have extensive experience and ongoing caregiver training

I’ve used multiple home care agencies in the past. Golden Year’s has what I would call a really “high ethical standard.” They’re always honest and willing to go the extra mile, even when it means working after hours. As for my caregiver, she’s a really a great help for me around the house. When you get old, there are things you can no longer do for yourself. Denise is awesome!

Golden Year’s in Roseville is wonderful! Before my husband’s discharge the care coordinator met me at the hospital, listened to my concerns, answered my questions and created an amazing care plan. The care and our caregiver has been excellent. Great company!

Golden years helps with all my needs. Such as moving from my bed to my chair. They do house work. Help me with my medication. I like all of my caregiver's. The office staff are wonderful.

My experience with Golden Years has been simply put; Fantastic! From the office staff to the caregiver service provided, everyone involved is just Super! The staff is very caring, polite, and always professional. This company far exceeeded my expectations in the type and delivery of service.
The office is very helpful in not only assigning excellent care givers to provide assistance to your loved one, but also so knowledgeable in other services avialable to assist with long term placement, other government services, community options, or just a friendly voice to listen to you and support you and your family in times of need.
I would 100% recommend Golden Years In Home Care Services to all my fiends, and family, or any one for that matter. Golden Years Service really cares for your loved one genuinely and it shows through the personnel assigned to care for your loved one, and the general outstanding service provided all around.

Being new to dealing with the care of an elderly relative and after performing research and interviews of caregiving organizations, we were so very fortunate to have found Golden Years In-Home Senior Care (GY). Their professionalism and dedication to making a good match between caregiver and client is outstanding. In addition, GY has an association with Thrive, a medical “arm,” so to speak, that allows for a nurse and/or physical therapist to come to the client’s home regularly, something we found to be unique in our research. Lastly, we sincerely appreciate the caring and friendly nature of the office staff.

Topnotch! Golden Years did some 24-hour care for my dad while I went out of town. I have not been able to leave my dad alone in 3 years and the caregiver they provided was confident and made me feel at ease. Thank you, Golden Years for taking such good care of my dad.

My dad is so happy with his caregiver that he has from Golden Years. Prior to working with Golden Years, he would turn caregivers away. Golden Years listened to our requests and was able to provide a consistent caregiver who my dad looks forward to seeing every week.

We are very happy with the service that Golden Years offers. Accepting in home help was hard to do and they made the process easy and almost enjoyable. Both caregivers are on time and do a good job. They make it so that I hardly have to lift a finger. There are other home care agencies in the area that could probably do the job just fine but this company goes above and Beyond to offer the best service.

Golden Years In-Home so far has been very good. They take very good care of my husband. Whenever he's in motion they're with him to make sure he doesn't fall. They take him throughout the house, and make sure he takes his medication on schedule. There have been a couple of times when the caregiver had an auto accident, so they would come in a little tardy, but it's nothing that we couldm't handle. I absolutely would recommend them. They've been the only agency thats been responsive to our needs without question.

Thank you to you and your staff for the care you provided to my mom, Phyllis, and her husband, Bob, in late 2017 through February 2018. Our family greatly appreciated your wonderful friendly staff who were very warm and giving and provided much needed help with cooking and cleaning and personal care. I want you to know how much our family appreciates the excellent care your team gave to my mother in law. I was secure knowing she was in good, capable hands every day. You can't put a price on the safety and well being of our elderly family members. From the receptionist to the intake staff and all the care givers I just can't say enough good things. Carrie is so patient and kind she talked me off the ledge many times when I was trying to deal with my mother in law on my own. Golden Years literally saved my sanity. The quality was good but variable between caregivers. Some were more conscientious than others, and some had more skills than others. We are appreciative of the care, though, and like the reliability. It would have been nice to have more of a schedule in advance. Overall, we were satisfied with the services.

Golden Years is an amazing service. Their care givers are 100% compassionate and caring to our residents here at Greenhaven Estates. When we have someone who needs a one on one Nancy helps us find immediate assistance. I love how I can just make a phone call and I know I will have help.
