I'd like them to take some initiative to do things and ask questions about what my loved one wants to be done.
They are doing okay as I've hired them simply to keep an eye on my loved one while I am away, but they don't really do much else.

He and Anna have really bonded. I really appreciate having the help. It helps it so Frank is able to live at home.

The most important thing that they do is that they pay attention to what they are doing.

It's been a blessing for us because we can't always be down there every single day and we know that mom is being well taken care of by the providers.
I would tell them that they listen to our needs and try to put the right person for my mom for what we needed, the first woman that came did not do good and they quickly remedied that. It's been a good experience so far.

The persons that are coming to the home are doing fairly well. Feeding and changing her but they could be more personable, have more personality.
We've had a lot of caregivers change and they don't let us know until the last minute. It's a little unprofessional.

It's going to be a bigger impact as we go. They could charge less, but they do a great job. I know she's safe. There's pretty good communication. The most important is that they keep the line of communication open with me, keeping me informed, and being truthful with me.
They took the time to talk to me and my mom and really know what she wanted. He really listened and did the match well. It hasn't been long.

My caregiver only comes twice a week, I do other things on my own. She mops my floor, makes my bed which is difficult for me.
Everything has been great on my side, my caregiver is really knowledgeable and help me a lot with online applications. She shows me how to do stuff on my phone.

They could make food, make sure that she eats, and sit with her. The lady didn't do much but look around and talk. She couldn't do the laundry.
I would like to see the honesty be improved. The lady was supposed to be here for 3 hours and they were there for a lot less than 3 hours.

It fills up a lot of my time. They are helping my mother-in-law stay organized, since she is blind. We need someone around the clock with her. She can't see things, so it becomes a tripping hazard. I am glad we have someone there to help pick up things so she doesn't trip.
This has been a Godsend.The people they send are really great for my mother-in-law.
