The new one is great. She is great and she makes sure that they clean up.
I would like them to improve their communication. There are several times when the worker is supposed to be here and I don't get a notification. I will have to call them and ten they will tell me.

The services definitely helped me. My caregiver helped me the most by doing the chores that I needed to be done that I couldn't handle at the time.
I like that the person who was helping me, Diane, was always punctual and always willing to do whatever she could to a great degree.

I when I ask my caregiver to come at a certain time and they come at that time which has been very useful for me since that lets me do the things I need to do without having to take my dad in the car and I can do the things easier and faster.
