Homewatch CareGivers Pasadena is a locally-owned provider of home care services serving San Gabriel Valley. We offer care management, companion and personal care services.
We only work with background checked, licensed (with California Department of Social Services) and trained caregivers. In addition to companion and personal care we provide specialized services - 24-Hour Care, After Hospital Care, After Surgery Care, Child Care, Chronic Conditions Care, Dementia Care, Elder Care, Nursing Services, Postpartum Care, Respite Care, Senior Transportation.
Our approach following first call is to start with a free consultation visit where we can better understand client and family needs and develop a comprehensive care plan and also appoint a dedicated Care Manager.
Our Care Plan captures a comprehensive list of all doctors, prescriptions, specific conditions and therapies into an easy-to-use on-line, always updated document. This Care Plan can be made available to approved parties through our on-line portal.
