I can't begin to explain how amazing they are. With lots of patience and understanding Home Care Assistance helped my parents ease into the difficult transition to full time care. From the initial intake to finding the right fit of care providers they were kind and caring. Liz our care manager is the best!

I'm really happy with our caregivers. It is a relief knowing there are people helping my mom that really do care about her well being. When she was hospitalized for a month, they and Liz (care manager), were very nice to check on her progress at the hospital and call her to wish her well. The office is also very professional, yet friendly and flexible with personal requests, last minute needs, scheduling changes, etc. Also, Liz has been very helpful with answering my questions honestly with regards to my mom's care needs, how many hours are really necessary or reasonable, helping me navigate insurance issues, etc. I highly recommend them.

I don't drive, so they walk and do things that I can't do. They clean and help with the food. Depending on what I need, they help.

They have helped the most by helping with whatever I need. I get the help I need without questions, and she is always here on time. I like that they are there if you need them, and if you don't, they don't bother you with a lot of phone calls.

This is the first person they've taken care of that's bedridden. The company made my loved one bed-bound because some of the caregivers before would transfer them over to a wheelchair when they could assist in transferring themselves. There's a technique to taking a person from a bed and swinging them over to a chair. Some of the caregivers seem to be properly trained, while others don't seem to know what they're doing. If they had better quality employees, then they could give more service to the clients. They could allow their caregivers to transfer bed-bound people to a chair or something like that. They've taken that away.

They have helped me very much with walking and going to the toilet. I have no complaints.

I couldn't do without them. The caregiver I have now is very chatty and willing to do everything. She's wonderful.
