Essential Care has been helping take care of my mother's various needs for 9 months now. They help me manage her mediations that I put together and they distribute at the appropriate times of day. They also check on her throughout the day, make sure she is eating, and assist her with showers, etc. They are very helpful and responsive and the caregivers we have worked with have all been very friendly and efficient. It definitely helps take some of the stress off my shoulders knowing that she is well taken care of! Thanks Donna & Team

Essential Care caregivers are very caring to my mom who have been taking care of her for the last 5 years. They manage her medication that she needs 4 times a day as well as a well check and other things she might need assistance with. Always done with a friendly caring smile! It’s a wonderful peace of mind, knowing that my mom is safe and taken care of.

We're using EssentialCare for my mom. It's friendly personal care. The aide's attitude is great. They come in and out throughout the day because my mom gets medicines five times a day and they help her with any personal needs that she has. I fill the pillboxes, and they hand out the pills. They set up the nebulizer machines and make sure she takes her inhalers, and they make sure she eats. But they're not qualified for wound care or IVs or anything like that. Communication is good. They're very responsive, and their needs are met. California nursing care is expensive, but I think the value is good.

Essential care has provided in home care for my mother, and father and I could not be happier. We started with a few hours a day, for the last two years it has been 24/7. Even when the situation is hard they are able to handle it caring for my very difficult 96-year old mother, and 91-year old father with dementia. The caregivers are very knowledgeable and know how to take care of their clients.

We hired EssentialCare for a day every week. The caregiver is very nice and does a good job. They do errands and help with light housekeeping. The billing is OK. I get an invoice once a week. The owner is very nice, personable, and answered all my questions. We made an arrangement that was satisfactory.

We have hired EssentialCare for my mom. It has only been for a little bit more than a month, but everything is going well. The caregiver has been working out great. She takes care of my mother's medications, she takes her to doctors' appointment, she helps her with laundry, and she takes her to the grocery store.

EssentialCare provides intensive care for my husband. They get him up and wash him, get him dressed and shaved, and give him breakfast, lunch, and then dinner. Then they get him ready for bed and put him to bed. I thought the caregiver is excellent. They did really well.

Donna and her team has been of great service helping my mom. She's provided flexible hours we needed more care and transitioned to less care as my mom has been able to become a bit more independent. Her staff is always caring and courteous. Donna responds quickly when change is needed or questions arise. It is comforting to know I can rely on Essential Care to assist by providing help my mom needs and allows her to continue to live at home.

My dad has dramatically improved since Donna and her staff have been caring for him.He is much healthier. He gets his medicine on time, his sugar level is always documented. We don't have to worry if he is eating or drinking properly any more. His clothes are always clean and most important he is Happy.

The care has been excellent under the current manager. Previous managers were totally unacceptable so I am grateful to have the person we have now. I am closing my LTC services today but not because of any fault of EssentialCare.
