Senior Helpers is part of a national franchise with over 300 locations throughout the United States. However, we are locally owned and operated. Because we are a Home Care Organization licensed through the California Department of Social Services all caregivers are registered, background checked, insured and trained. Since we are not a multi-location corporate owned franchise, you are dealing with the owner and devoted employees who have a true interest in providing excellent service to our clients. If that means office staff or the owner going out to care for a client in an emergency, we will do so to ensure that our clients are always covered
