We couldn't do it without them. The office found a caregiver for us, and she has been with us for two years.
I would recommend AmeriCARE because we have direct communication with the people in the office.

They have been doing well. I think the caregivers we get are not sure if they can handle the work after trying for a couple of weeks, but it's not the agency fault, so they leave.
I would like to see them communicate better with the staff.

They need to train these people properly. One person thought that he was just here to babysit me.
They should screen their applicants a little bit better.

The agency was very good about sending out a good caregiver and they moved things around to take her off other assignments to allow her to work with us.
I really liked the representative. She was very flexible. She worked very fast on finding people for us and took the time to understand who we were and who my wife was.
