The service by Well-Being Senior Solutions was very good. They've been doing light housekeeping, helping with medicine and helping bathe and general caring for my parents.

Well Being Senior Solutions was referred to us by a friend of our family. Our experience with them has been very good specially since Rachelle bought the business. I really do see that she had driven a lot more sophistication on how the business is run. It was a little bit rocky at first. I know because we've been with them now for about 6 years or so. Rachelle is very good. I think she runs a very good business. They women that she hires are very good. They seemed to be very attentive to training. If there's an issue, they're right on top of it. For the most part, I think the caregivers were very good. The Well Being group has been very responsive to get us the best people for my mom who are the best match for her. They're very much aware of addressing issues. They've been very on top of things whenever we change personnel. They handle that immediately and it's not that often that we need to change personnel. All in all, I'm really very pleased with what they do.

One of our neighbors who needed care chose Well Being. They turned out to be excellent as far as I'm concerned. They did a really good job for my neighbor. They are very helpful not only in the caring for my neighbor Walter. If there was some paperwork that needed to be done and some other things, Rachelle helped me with all of that. As far as prescriptions, she had all that down and there was a lot of paperwork too. It was necessary for her job to do but she jumped in and helped me with them. The caregiver that she sent out was excellent. She helped my neighbor with his doctors appointments. She cleaned the house and cooked for him. He was with them for about 7 months. His mind went down so we decided for him to be placed in a home.

We heard good reviews about Well Being Senior Solutions. I cant remember from who we heard them from because we had them for over a year now. I am so pleased with their service. My mother's health, state of mind, her well being, our state of mind, our comfort zone is so wonderful since we've had them. I cannot let you know how wonderful it is to have them. I had a doctor's appointment for my mother yesterday morning at 8:00am. I can send an email to them to let them know to have my mother ready by 7:30am. So they switched the schedule around and made sure that she was up at 6:30 and showers and dressed and ready to go. Its a wonderful service. The caregivers are very kind. My mother really likes them and likes their service and she's very spoiled. They come in 3 times a week to check on them and make sure she's taking the pills she's supposed to be taking. They take care of her well being. I highly recommended them to several people in my office.
