Brightstar came thru for my 75 year old stroke survivor husband and myself. Barb is truly a bright star in our lives. She makes it possible for Jack to continue living a full life at home. With Barb’s help Jack has been able to accomplish his goal to get out of the wheel chair and on with life .

They help her cook her meals and make sure she takes her medicines and vitals. We found someone that my mom likes to work with and it's nice that they stayed with us in a consistent pattern.

They provide frequent updates and have good staff. I like that they take good care of my daughter and communicate well.

The nurses have been wonderful, I have only had one nurse that I do not think I would bring back but all the other nurses have been wonderful. I have already recommended them to other people. They take care of Michael.

I am pleased to recommend Bright Star and our caregiver, Breanna, to everyone. I have been searching for a caregiver like Breanna for many weeks and am so happy that she was chosen for us. Breanna is the nicest young lady, sweet and gentle and well trained in the things she is asked to do. I am especially pleased that she is a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA); this gives me a great deal of confidence that she can be trusted and knows what she is to do regarding basic patient care. My husband (the patient) is quite happy with her and she makes him smile a lot. I am grateful for this; it has been a long time since he has not cringed when his caregiver came near. I am also grateful for Breanna's willingness to learn new things and for the fact that she is not afraid to ask me questions. She is looking forward to nursing school in the near future and I am certain that Breanna is going to make a very good nurse one day. I have a dear friend who is a nurse and she and Breanna had a long conversation the other day; my friend agrees that Breanna is going to do well when she becomes an RN. It was very positive. They brought in a caregiver that was skilled. I like that they're responsive and have sent excellent people. It's a well-run organization.

The person that they were able to find for us and send to our house does their thing and is helpful. They were able to connect us to the person who is now caring for my loved. They are a really good fit and do a good job. It took a few times to find the right fit, we went through a fair amount of people, and it was frustrating at the beginning to train them because some of them were not very experienced, even though they were lovely people. The current one is a self starter and hops in and knows what to do. We ended up with someone that we are very happy with.

They have helped just with everything. They are getting my loved one out for daily walks. I like the caregivers, the consistency, and their ability to meet specific schedules.

My main issue has been that the requests that I've asked for were ignored and that the replacement would take naps and would not be helpful for my loved one.

When I go on trips, we are able to rely on somebody to take care of the kids. They have consistently sent us very capable care providers.

They were able to take my wife to appointments and to tried to get her to walk as an important step in her recovery from surgery. The person that we had was very knowledgeable and friendly, and my wife got along really well with them.

They need to have available staff. The person who used to work with us was very professional. They need in-services to understand better because sometimes the nurses didn't work for us well because they didn't have enough experience.

I like almost everything about them. They do everything for me because I can't do anything right now. Normally, I am super independent, so I'm frustrated, but they don't make fun of me.

Based on the work of my workers it is great, but I have been taken aback by the new manager that works there. I have had to change some things after the management had changed at BrightStar Care. They won't run errands for me anymore. But the caregiver is very kind and caring, and makes sure that my oxygen is on, and that I take my medication on time. She is good at telling me. She is really a loss when she is not here.
