My brother had a stroke, and it has been difficult on myself, but Jessica at Right At Home has made it much better, she is caring, and has given such strong support. Jessica goes above and beyond to ensure my brother has a caregiver for the available days, she listens and observes, takes the initiative, dependable, all in all she gives great service. Right At Home is great place to care for your love ones.

They are outstanding, very calm, she reasons and just knows how to talk. I already have recommended people!

The people that come out from Right at Home are first class. Sometimes, it's a bit of a challenge because I live out in the middle of nowhere in East County, so it's hard to get people to come way out here. They come twice a week. The caregiver comes out and helps to clean up, washes the dishes, does light housekeeping, and sits and talks with me. I live alone. She straightens up the house for me. She will cook me a meal sometimes. She puts some lotion on my back for the pain that I have there. They're pretty good with scheduling. Every once in a while, she can't make it for one reason or another, but she's here pretty regularly 96% of the time. I've never had any problem with them.

It's been close to a couple of years that I've been using Right at Home. I've had probably a dozen girls come and go here. I wasn't satisfied with one or two of them and I just asked if I could get somebody else, and they sent me somebody else. Finally, they brought me a girl out here, her name is Jennifer, and she is the best thing that's ever happened to my life. I'm an alcoholic and she got me to quit drinking. I weighed 280 pounds. She's got me down to 245 pounds. She takes me on walks. She cleans my house very thoroughly. She takes really good care of me and helps me out tremendously in so many different ways. To me, she's the best caregiver I've ever had in five years. I wouldn't even ask for another caregiver. She's very intelligent, very smart, and very caring. She is awesome and very beautiful. She takes really good care of me and she showers me and helps me put my cream on my arms, my legs, and my back. She has called the ambulance to come get me a couple of times because of my heart and other problems that I have. You can't get a better woman working for you than her. I don't want nobody else but Jennifer. If I can't have Jennifer as my caregiver, then I have to look for another company because I don't think I'll ever find another lady as good as her. She's always on time. She does everything I need and some. She keeps my house really clean. They should give her a raise. I want to go sometimes out to eat to like Jack in the Box or something and I'm not supposed to be driving, so she drives my car and takes me there. She takes care of everything for me. She's honest and truthful. Jennifer could probably train some of their girls or just explain to them what needs to be done to make a client happy. I'm a lot happier in my life. My health conditions have gotten a lot better all because of her.

We're using Right at Home. Tanya's been here with us for a little over a week helping us. To me, she's been fantastic, very prompt, she's very good with my husband, helping him get up off of his chair because he's an invalid and he has a hard time walking. He has one of those walkers that has four wheels on it, but he walks very, very slow, and she's doing the exercise with him also, besides cleaning him. He smells good and hygiene is very important. Scheduling is very good. I like that it's early in the morning because it helps me, so I can get things done. They cook his breakfast for him. They can't give him a shower because he can't get in to there, but they give him like a bed bath and change his clothes. They're very good with him. They make him laugh and I think that's very important. When a patient laughs, it's really good for their morale. It shows you that they like the person that is taking care of them. They are really fantastic. They're very good. I have no complaints about them at all. Tanya's been wonderful and I've only had her for a little over a week, but she's wonderful with him. She's very caring and very giving and plays music with him and he likes that while he's getting washed and stuff and I think it's very important. He wanted to stay home, so I want to give him the best possible care and I feel like they've done a wonderful job with him and I feel very good because it helps me, too, because I can get to do a little bit of shopping sometimes or if I got to go to the doctor. It's wonderful to know that somebody's here with him. The caregiver has given him 100% of herself and that's what I care about. Just as long as they take care of him, I'm happy. He is the most important thing. They're doing a good job.

We've been using Right at Home for at least three years now. What I like most is the congenial attitude from the girls that come. We use them three times a week. They help us with getting our meals and taking care of my wife who's got Alzheimer's. It's a godsend to have them. The service is mainly for my wife, but we both are well taken care of. They're right on time.

He gets a caregiver and that helps me out one hundred percent. They come to the home and service him. I like that they're attentive.

Right at home provides caregiving for my father. Caregiver needs a little direction, but otherwise has been a real blessing for our family. We've had little to no incidents with the caregiver and the VERY minor issues we have had have been quickly addressed. We are very pleased with the services we have received.

I have had a great experience with Right at Home the staff and caregivers are very helpful reliable. My aid has helped me and encourage me to be more independent and have a healthy lifestyle.

We are very pleased with the quality of care for our 96 year old mother. Rae, my mom's main aide, is incredible! My mother's health and wellbeing have really improved since Rae started working with her. She is so in tune with my mom's needs and is extremely responsive, responsible, and caring. We feel fortunate to have her! The other aides have been very good as well. Everyone is always on time available to speak with the family when we call.

My care giver priorities for me. She helps me out and I am always able to her. She goes above and beyond to help me out with my daily activities. I am content with all her help.

There are a lot of things I can't do, so they have been a big help. I like that the people working there are pleasant and have a good attitude.

She has helped by assisting with cooking and household work. I like the focus of the helpers.

Jessica communicates and referred me to the social worker to request more hours after she found out what I needed help with. I was able to get more hours because of that. She also helped me look into aid and attendance for my mom. Issues are addressed promptly and with respect. My scheduling needs are diligently trying to be met. I think they are good people. Melanie and Jessica are great to work with. I think it is hard to find quality care workers that follow directions inside the home. There is not a lot of caregivers that want to work right now, or it is difficult to find people for the schedule I need. Jessica is great to work with and she is the reason I do not want to switch and keep trying to give more time with other caregivers and see if it will work out. I don't want to fault them for the shortage of caregivers.

They chose someone who inspires me to do better. They try to choose someone who you can work with.

The caregiver is wonderful and experienced. The owner is nice. They are professional and friendly.

Right at Home has been a lifesaver! The owner and our caregiver are wonderful. My parents are completely satisfied and truly feel blessed to have our caregiver with them. Our caregiver follows the plan that Melanie and I put into place for my parents. We all discussed their needs, and Melanie made sure that they were covered. Our caregiver is here to help, and she does it with a smile. Laughter is also common around their home. Priceless! Melanie knows that caregiving for seniors is an important part of a senior's life. She will listen to you, come up with a plan, and follow through. Melanie is thoughtful and competent. You will be very happy if you chose Right at Home and work with this owner, Melanie. They need to do what they are supposed to do, 3 hours a day, 3 days a week. They need to do what they are supposed to do, but they are not currently doing that. I am grateful to have a body here with me when she does come.

They have been there for me. They always make sure that someone is here.

Right now I am healing, so they can't do much more for me. I had a ruptured Achilles tendon and it is healing up, but they helped me learn how to take care of myself rather than depend on someone else doing it for me. They have helped me a lot. I like that they are right here on the campus of where I live. Right at Home is right here.

The showering needs for my dad have been met. They haven't been giving services for very long, so it's hard to say at this time. They still give services to him.

Dawn the caregiver is excellent. I am very pleased with the caregiver.

Melanie and her team are amazing! Navigating the home care world can be very daunting. We got it right on our third try with Right at Home! I cannot recommend highly enough.
