The caregivers help with all the things I need.
They are available 24/7, whatever the problem is, and they are able to answer my questions.

We can't drive, so they get groceries, medicine, and things for us.
We are quite happy with them.

They help me with my husband and help me with transportation when I need it.
They provide very good care, and they always come on time. They take care of my husband and also drive me to the store because I can no longer drive.

They should have more reliability when signing on a person and give more notice when they are going to change things. The problem was that they had to put my mother on another assignment when the caregiver didn't show up. The other caregiver they assigned never showed up either. When there was a person there, it had a positive impact. They helped my mother with her meals, stimulated her mentally, and helped keep her focused on the real world as opposed to the delusions she would slip into.

Bay Area Home Care was adequate and we were okay with them. Bay Area Home Care made my loved one's life easier by just being with her and sitting with her.

The person I met with was very friendly and answered a lot of questions. It can be a little awkward to ask for outside help, but she was very nice. She gave us time and did not hound us. She gave us space and was personable. The services gave me extra help. It was very convenient. I could trust the person that would take care of my husband.

I would recommend Bay Area Home Care because they were on time, they were caring at the beginning of the relationship, and they got a lot of detail about our situation at the beginning of care. What it came down to is that Bay Area Home Care was just a trial for my great aunt, and they didn't provide the care that my aunt needed. She needed full-time attention and the most economical means for us to provide that would be to move her to a home. Because of this, the services really didn't impact our lives too much.

Bay Area Home Care has been able to assess my needs and does their best to match me with a good caregiver.

Bay Area Home Care has coordinators who are very responsive. The caregivers are more effective at getting the client through his daily routine than any family member would be.
