This company is absolutely outstanding! They are extremely competent, reliable, train their wonderful caregivers very well, always provide coverage, communicate effectively w/me and my family, are very committed to their clients. They provided 24/7 care for me, including watching me in my bedroom, for several months post a huge spinal surgery. They supported me in phasing out their services when I was able. For me, safety was their number one priority. They needed to do a lot of (successful) education with me and, many months later, I have not had a fall that involved my mobility, a record for me. They taught me to eat again, patiently changed an unending series of diapers until my bowel function came back on line, set my place up for me so that I could safely eat, sit, do PT etc. They provided some equipment when I needed it, including a bed rail and a commode. They even went the extra mile by providing transportation for my big surgeon's appointment in another city! The caregivers will run an errand for coffee cream if safe to do so! "Complete Care" is exactly what they provide. The only fall I have had resulted from a drop in blood pressure while sitting in a chair after I stopped care. The resulting concussion and post-concussion impacts led me to restart with Complete Care. They were able to provide a caregiver starting on Christmas Day 2020! I couldn't have improved so rapidly without their help. Highly, highly recommend them. I certainly bent an ear out two telling my friends about this jewel of a caregiving firm. Their heart is in their work and their passion for excellent patient care is reflected in amazing stories like mine!
