Interim has been very reliable, the caregivers are courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them.

We have been so happy with Interim Healthcare since we found them for my sweet mom a couple of years ago. Every caregiver/companion who has come has been sweet, willing to do anything (do puzzles, watch a movie, take a walk, do light housekeeping, play cards, help her make her favorite muffins, etc.) that my mom wants to do. We have found all of their caregivers to be reliable, on time and friendly. We also appreciate Interim's flexibility when we've needed extra coverage, or didn't need coverage for whatever reason. I appreciated being able to get a hold of an Interim scheduler whenever I need to (even on the weekends!) and I also really appreciate their prompt responses. I highly recommend this company and its caregivers!

What we loved about this healthcare service is how knowledgeable J Christianson is and was able to respond to all our questions and guide us, Ms. Christianson understood our needs and offered us various options for healthcare for my father in law. We immediately started receiving emails from in home care places that were located close to our loved one which was a big help to all of us. Thank you Joan!

I wanted someone to help me with my housekeeping, but the girl from Interim Health Care of Chico told me that she didn't do that, that she was a home caregiver. She was not enthusiastic about it at all. I only used them for four weeks, and she just was not satisfactory. She was young and lazy, and I did not want to cause her to get fired, so I just terminated the service. On the people that they sent, I'd give them a 2. As far as their taking care of business and the way they handled it, they did really well.

My father received in-home assistance from Interim of Chico, CA for two years. This assistance allowed him to continue living independently as long as possible. Interim was reliable and caring. Shelly was particularly helpful and responsive when I needed help recovering administrative data after my father went to a care and rehab facility.
