Senior Helpers were efficient and responded to my phone calls and text messages. They came out and met my father first of all. They selected a caregiver who was actually a local and is in the same town as us and who they felt would get along with my father, and they were spot-on. She was wonderful and became a family friend to my father and mother, and she was very efficient, giving, and we never had any problems or difficulties with her or the agency. She was very flexible with her hours to meet our needs. She was caring, very kind, and treated my parents with respect. We had a great relationship with her.
