They give my mom her meds and take her blood pressure for her. The gal that comes is great company.
They do what they're supposed to, they come on time, and they're very friendly and capable. They are easy to work with.

They make him feel like they are friends of his and they respect him. They are willing to do all he wants and he is comfortable of them.
They listen and are able to help us. They look for the type of person that we want as a caregiver. They listen to us and take what we want into consideration.

They have been a lifesaver and have sent real nice caregivers. If a caregiver doesn't work out, they will make a change for me.
The managers and the caregivers are nice, and if there is a problem, I can contact Katie and she will solve it for me.

It's a huge help because my caregiver comes once a week and folds the laundry and makes my bed. I read recipes to him, and he cooks them and puts them in the freezer so we have meals. He is willing to do anything.
I like the personal attention I get from the person I ask questions to. She comes by with a birthday gift or a Christmas gift. She feels like family.

She likes the caregivers very much and looks forward to them.
They could communicate better with their caregivers. I have had on 3-4 different occasions where I tell them I don't need the caregiver, and they are not getting those messages to the caregiver.

The most helpful is transportation for anything that requires getting out of the house.

One of them is wonderful. I don't know if it is because of the language barrier, but I have found myself not happy with the other caregivers. I told them to keep her active and social so she doesn't wander at night.
I don't feel that all the caregivers give her the same amount of care.

Having a reliable caregiver means that I can do the things that I need to do, like appointments, meetings, and occasionally go out to have lunch with friends.
They've managed to find me a really good caregiver and they've been really supportive about getting me the care needed.

The registered nurse is in charge of the situation. The caregivers just help take care of my family member. We have considered placing him in a facility, but they don't want to go to a facility. They want to stay home, but they don't see many people. A facility would definitely work better for us as a family, but my loved one wants to stay home, so that's what we have done.

They've mostly been positive. For us, they were the second agency because they purchased the one we signed up with. The problems we experienced were generally with the prior company. I think the standards for hiring people are probably better. Prior to this, we'd had bad experiences with people who were not tidy enough. These folks appear to be interested in keeping up their standards here with us. We've gotten very comfortable with it. He's at risk of falling pretty steadily and he's never out of their sight. I can leave and feel assured that he'll be safe.

They're very patient and understanding. If I have tasks listed, but something changes, they're kind about changing it. I never feel rushed. I have chronic pain, so I have limited energy and stamina. My caregiver, in taking up my tasks, frees me to do what I like.

Home Care Assistance has been good for me and that I have had two different caregivers to help me. Someone from the office at Home Care Assistance came out and set up services for me. Home Care Assistance has made life easier by providing good work for me, doing as much as possible, and doing what needs to be done. However, the caregiver speaks Spanish so communication can be a little difficult, but she is very sweet and we get along fine.

Home Care Assistance's caregivers are great and the management is great. Home Care Assistance is probably the most competent home care agency out there. The Home Care Assistance caregivers are fantastic and they provide the best care. I really enjoy them and would highly recommend them.

I would recommend Home Care Assistance because I have a caregiver who is excellent, but some of them are below average. Home Care Assistance makes life easier because they fulfilled the criteria I was looking for in a caregiver, which is a Vietnamese caregiver.

I would recommend Home Care Assistance, but the cost is hard because the insurance did not cover some of the care. Home Care Assistance had a supervisor that was very good and would help with matching caregivers that fit our needs.

Home Care Assistance's care manager was responding well, but recently, they have not responded. It is surprising because my care manager has been really good, and now I don't know what them not answering is about. The first candidate caregiver did not work out, but we are on the fence about the second candidate. My first caregiver was not ambitious or self-motivated. They would sit around, but my second caregiver is asking what to do. They are not really looking for what to do. I don't feel like I should have to make a daily list. If no one lived with my loved one, I don't know what would be done.

I would tell a friend that Home Care Assistance was always available, and they provided a quote in a timely manner. The care came on time. Home Care Assistance helped us the most with getting my mom ready in the morning.

I would recommend Home Care Assistance because I am very happy with the care my uncle is receiving. The caregiver has been taking good care of him. They started on his birthday and brought him a cake too! Home Care Assistance is going over and beyond what their job requirements are. They make life easier by having auto pay which makes sure the bills are correct and not late. My uncle seems very happy.

Home Care Assistance sends me a caregiver who is wonderful and does everything I want her to do and more. Home Care Assistance has made life easier for me because the caregiver comes in, and if I'm still having breakfast she will make the bed. She washes the sheets on Tuesday, and does the grocery shopping, and takes me to my appointments. She is a big help.

I can recommend Home Care Assistance to others if the person has enough funds to pay for the services and if they want at least four hours. The rates are high. Home Care Assistance is very good professionally, though. The caregiver was working with me for a very long time but once she left the other caregivers that were provided were not as good.

I've already recommended Home Care Assistance. We had a previous agency, and I noticed right away that the caregivers from Home Care Assistance were much better. I don't have to do the laundry because of the service from Home Care Assistance. The caregiver is also helping me clean out a room.

The help that Home Care Assistance first sent us is a very good choice. They have been very helpful by providing a caregiver and have been prompt in scheduling. The caregiver has helped my mom and dad, and they take a load off of my dad. The caregiver is probably even more caring with my mom than we are.

I have nothing to compare Home Care Assistance to. At this point, they have been fine. I'm not doing as much as I should be doing, so I don't think the services have been great. It's not the fault of the caregivers. I'm not up out of bed, and I thought I would be at this point.

Home Care Assistance was recommended to me by the hospice agency, which was a high recommendation and I would recommend them to others. Home Care Assistance made life easier by helping my father who is bedridden, incontinent, and needs to be fed. I needed 24 hour assistance for me because it was way beyond my abilities. The caregivers developed a personal relationship with my father, which was very rewarding.

We're using Home Care Assistance for my mother. They do some light cleaning and help her get up. They also do some light work preparing meals. I am pretty satisfied, and it has been working out pretty well. They are very reliable and cordial. My mom took to the person right away. Just make sure you interview the people who are going to be in your home. Other than that, they explained everything pretty well, and it works pretty well. The administrator of the program was very professional, visited us, and had people do assessments. They're very thorough with their discussions.

Our health worker comes from Home Care. I find them excellent, and we have no problem with them. They have several caregivers. We have one that is long term and several at night, and they are all excellent. They are fine with the schedule.
