Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

The caregivers help my mother the most with her walking, sitting, putting her to sleep, and feeding her. They are aware of what is going on, so they can do what she needs.
I like that they're always caring, everything is on time, and they respond to their calls right away. We are happy with their service.

They really cared and would go above in beyond. One time the caretaker noticed he had an issue with his skin, she called us so we could get him to the doctor.
The caretakers from Right at Home really seemed to care about his needs. We actually had different caregivers from elsewhere for his wife, and we could really see the difference between the caregivers there and from Right at Home.

The services pretty much determine what my daily life would be. For example, I used to go to bed at 8:00, but since the caregiver leaves at 8:00, and I'm not allowed to walk around unattended, that forces the 8:00 bedtime.
They are very reliable, they always turn up on time, and they're very careful. They keep me in sight all the time, which is what they're supposed to do.

The biggest area of concern with this company is the lack of communication. There is minimal communication from the office on issues that matter.
They were very secretive about a caregiver who tested positive for COVID even after that caregiver came to care for my elderly parent one week after the positive test.
In fact, the company didn't even know that this caregiver had a positive result as the caregiver stated that she took a COVID test and the result was negative.
So they maintained that the caregiver was only negative because she had a negative result after the positive one. There exact words were, "That's the one that we are going with".
The office manager is unprofessional when dealing with families who are experiencing stressful times in seeking care for their elderly loved ones.
I am very disappointed with this company.
The COVID policy was not followed or perhaps not in place and that could have potentially been a deadly mistake!
There were other concerns that I will not bring up but I will say that we overlooked some issues that we had with our caregiver as we tried to work with a stable person.
Working with the elderly isn't always smooth but that is to be expected.
However, I do expect to work with a professional staff at all times and that is not what we received.

Larry is a compassionate and caring person who has an excellent group of care givers available to help my mother. Maureen is so kind and patient and is willing to call my mom, who has dementia, with reminders of their scheduled appointments and so much more! I highly recommend them.

My mother had hip replacement surgery and needed help with her recovery. Larry provided us with her recovery. Larry provided us with a wonderful caregiver, Claire. She was polite, skilled, and always on time. Right at Home made my mom's recovery time an easy experience.

Excellent services provided by this company! Larry was wonderful to my mother when he came into her home for the consultation and then had a very patient and understanding person, Maureen, send us the greatest caregiver ever! Right at Home was able to provide dignity, caring and thoughtfulness through the end of my mother's life. The dependable caregiver was friendly, compassionate and respectful with our entire family!
