It has been a lot of miscommunication between the agency, pharmacy and staffing.
There needs to be better communication to the pharmacy.

Jose was great and the care they provided was good. They were good about getting my parents some care quickly.
One guy helped me and was very accommodating. He was quick to take care of my request right away. I think we called him on Sunday and we got someone there on Monday. It was a very good, easy, experience.

It was a minimal impact on my time so that was good. It was consistent with quality care and being there on time. They even got my medications figured out.
It was good, but there were times with miscommunication.

The most helpful part of the services is that the caregivers arrived on time and everything went well.

It's hard to find a vein, and it was hurting in the middle of the night so they kept having to try again and they helped me.

I was very down because of my injury and depressed. I didn't know if I would be able to walk again. They went above and beyond what they were supposed to do.
They're really attentive and helpful.

They met all my needs.
I remember the services feeling haphazard. I wasn't aware of how frequently I would be getting the care and when the caregiver would be coming. The caregiver didn't have all the information or supplies she needed for my case.

I could have had nurses that could have gotten the IV in better.
I think there were conflicts between nurses that I shouldn't have been involved with at all.

I have actually gotten better with the treatment.
Except for one nurse who blew out my vein, they have been good.
