Family member of a former client. We had limited services for several years and worked with the old owners and case manager. After the new people took over, they got sloppy with their services. My grandmother fell and ended up in the hospital for a week, and when I called to arrange care, they sent a new caregiver who had never worked for us, who didn't know how to use her new equipment, and no one from the office ever came to do another assessment of my grandmother. We had to fire them because they kept sending new caregivers who didn't know my grandmother's care plan, and they never made a new care plan at all after she returned home from the hospital. Negligence!

My parents are in Angel's Living. The staff is good. They are very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very clean, nice, and very spacious. The food is good. They have activities like exercises and yoga. The security is very good. It is a 24 hour facility. Everything is great.
